4.02 Upon notification by the Union, the Company shall deduct monthly union dues from the pay of each employee covered by this agreement. Such dues shall be forwarded to the Union by the 15th day of the month following deduction.
4.03 Employees outside the Bargaining Unit or others will not perform the work of the Bargaining Unit employees where the effect would be to impair the normal growth of the Bargaining Unit and/or result in reduction the Bargaining Unit or layoff of employees.
