University Grievances. (a) Step 1 of a University Grievance will be in writing and will set forth the information listed in Article 21.7(a)(ii), except 21.7(a)(ii)(4). The grievance will be addressed to the President of the Association. Within ten (10) working days following receipt of the grievance, a representative of the Association will meet with the Xxxxxxx, and will make every reasonable attempt to resolve the grievance.

University Grievances. Appropriately designated representatives of the University’s Department of Human Resources shall have the authority to initiate University grievances. At all times, Human Resources shall own the grievance. All University grievances shall commence at Step 3 of the Grievance Procedure.

  • Policy Grievances ‌ Where either party to this agreement disputes the general application, interpretation or alleged violation of an article of this agreement, the dispute shall be discussed initially with the Executive Director or designate or the President of the Union within 14 calendar days of the occurrence.
