Vacation Entitlement for Full time Employees
a) During each year of continuous service in the employ of the Company, a regular full-time employee shall earn entitlement to a vacation with pay.
b) Such earned vacation entitlement can be taken on a “use as accrued” basis.
c) The rate at which such entitlement is earned shall be governed by the position held by the Employee and the total length of such service as follows:
Vacation Entitlement for Full time 84 Hour Employees
(a) Effective on date of hire, vacation shall accumulate at the rate of one (1) hour of vacation credit for each 26.00 regular hours paid to a maximum of 84 hours (2 weeks);
(b) Effective on the commencement of the second (2nd) year of service, vacation shall accumulate at the rate of one (1) hour of vacation credit for each 17.333 regular hours paid to a maximum of 126 hours (3 weeks);
(c) Effective on the commencement of the seventh (7th) year of service, vacation shall accumulate at the rate of one (1) hour of vacation credit for each 13.00 regular hours paid to a maximum of 168 hours (4 weeks);
(d) Effective on the commencement of the twenty-first (21st) year of service, vacation shall accumulate at the rate of one (1) hour of vacation credit for each 10.40 regular hours paid to a maximum of 210 hours (5 weeks).
Vacation Entitlement for Full. Time Employees and Regular Part-Time Employees, during each year of continuous service in the employ of the Employer, a Regular Full-Time Employee shall earn entitlement to a vacation with pay and the rate at which such entitlement is earned shall be governed by the position held by the Employee and the total length of such services as follows:
(a) During the first (1st) through fourth (4th) year of such employment, an Employee earns a vacation entitlement of two (2) weeks or seventy-five (75) hours and four percent (4%) of gross earnings;
(b) During each of the fifth (5th) through seventh (7th) years of employment, an Employee earns a vacation entitlement of three (3) weeks or one hundred and twelve point five (112.5) hours and six percent (6%) of gross earnings;
(c) During the eighth (8th) year of employment and beyond, an Employee earns a vacation entitlement of four (4) weeks or one hundred and fifty (150) hours and eight percent (8%) of gross earnings;
Vacation Entitlement for Full time Employees and Regular Part-time Employees, during each year of continuous service in the employ of the Employer, a Regular Full-time Employee shall earn entitlement to a vacation with pay and the rate at which such entitlement is earned shall be governed by the position held by the Employee and the total length of such services as follows:
(a) During the first (1st) through fourth (4th) year of such employment, an Employee earns a vacation entitlement of two (2) weeks or seventy-five (75) hours and four percent (4%) of gross earnings;

Vacation Entitlement for Full time Employees
(a) 0.833 days per month during the first twenty-four (24) months of active full-time employment;
Vacation Entitlement for Full. Time Employees
(a) During each year of continuous service in the employ of the Employer, a regular Full-Time Employee shall earn entitlement to a vacation with pay. The rate of earning entitlement shall be as follows:
(i) during the first (1st) and second (2nd) years of such employment a Full-Time Employee earns a vacation time of fifteen (15) working days;
(ii) during the third (3rd) to ninth (9th) years of such employment a Full- Time Employee earns a vacation time of twenty (20) working days;
(iii) during the tenth (10th) to nineteenth (19th) years of such employment a Full-Time Employee earns a vacation time of twenty-five (25) working days;
(iv) during the twentieth (20th) and subsequent years of such employment a Full-Time Employee earns a vacation time of thirty
Vacation Entitlement for Full. Time Employees Full-time Employees shall be entitled to vacation with pay at the following rates:
(a) Less than two years (2) years Seniority– 6.67 hours for each full calendar month of paid employment (maximum of 80 hours per year)
(b) After two (2) years to seven (7) years Seniority – 10 hours for each full calendar month of paid employment (maximum of 120 hours per year)
(c) After seven (7) years to seventeen (17) years Seniority - 13.33 hours for each full calendar month of paid employment (maximum of 160 hours per year)
(d) Effective April 1, 2018, after seventeen (17) years seniority – 16.67 hours for each calendar month of paid employment (maximum of 200 hours)
Vacation Entitlement for Full. Time Employees
(a) Full time employees shall earn vacation with pay at the following rates, prorated accordingly for employees who work less than full time hours:
(i) Less than one (1) year – .835 days for each full calendar month of paid employment (maximum of two (2) weeks per year)
(ii) After one (1) year to three (3) years – 1.25 days for each full calendar month of paid employment (maximum of three (3) weeks per year)
(iii) After three (3) years but less than ten (10) years – 1.66 days for each full calendar month of paid employment (maximum of four (4) weeks per year)
(iv) After ten (10) years – 2.08 days for each full calendar month of paid employment (maximum of five (5) weeks per year) Year (Anniversary Date) means a twelve (12) month period commencing with the employee’s date of hire to a permanent position. However, employees in the employ of the Employer on September 15, 2010 shall maintain their anniversary date for vacation entitlement purposes.
Vacation Entitlement for Full. Time Employees
(i) during the first (1st) and second (2nd) years of such employment a Full-Time Employee earns a vacation time of fifteen (15) working days;
(ii) during the third (3rd) to ninth (9th) years of such employment a Full- Time Employee earns a vacation time of twenty (20) working days;
(iii) during the tenth (10th) to nineteenth (19th) years of such employment a Full-Time Employee earns a vacation time of twenty-five (25) working days;
(iv) during the twentieth (20th) and subsequent years of such employment a Full-Time Employee earns a vacation time of thirty
