Vacation Leave - Accrual Rate. All employees other than temporary employees will accrue vacation leave according to the schedule below. Leave accrual for part-time and daily employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the employee is in pay status to that required for full-time employment. Vacation Leave - Accrual Rate. Vacation leave hours shall accrue at the rate specified in the table below. The City Council may at their discretion set an annual vacation accrual rate above the accrual rate in the below table.
