Vacation on Termination. An employee terminating employment, at any time in the vacation year, before has taken vacation, shall be entitled to a proportionate payment of salary or wages in lieu of such vacation.

Vacation on Termination. An employee who leaves the employ of the Home for any reason shall be entitled to receive any unpaid vacation pay, which has accrued to her to the date of her separation.
