VILLAGE’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 5.1. VILLAGE’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 5.1 The Village shall furnish to Provider, at the Provider's written request, all available maps, plans, existing studies, reports and other data pertinent to the services to be provided by Provider, in possession of the Village. Unless otherwise provided for under this Agreement, upon written request of the Provider, the Village shall provide information in a timely manner regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project. The Village shall furnish surveys to describe physical characteristics, legal limitations and utility locations for the site of the Project, and a written legal description of the site. The surveys and legal information shall include, as applicable, grades and lines of streets, alleys, pavements and adjoining property and structures; designated wetlands; adjacent drainage; rights-of- way, restrictions, easements, encroachments, zoning, deed restrictions, boundaries and contours of the site; locations, dimensions and necessary data with respect to existing buildings, other improvements and trees; and information concerning available utility services and lines, both public and private, above and below grade, including inverts and depths. All the information on the survey shall be referenced to a Project benchmark. The Village shall furnish services of geotechnical engineers, which may include but are not limited to test borings, test pits, determinations of soil bearing values, percolation tests, evaluations of hazardous materials, seismic evaluation, ground corrosion tests and resistivity tests, including necessary operations for anticipating subsoil conditions, with written reports and appropriate recommendations.
VILLAGE’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 13.1 VILLAGE shall be responsible for providing access to all VILLAGE project sites, and providing information in the VILLAGE's possession that may reasonably be required by CONSULTANT, including; existing reports, studies, financial information, and other required data that are available in the files of the VILLAGE.
