VILLAGE’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 6.1. The Village will perform the responsibilities contained in this Article 6 in a timely manner so as not to delay the services of Bidder. 6.2. The Village will furnish to Bidder, upon request of Bidder and at Village’s expense, all existing studies, reports and other available data pertinent to the services to be performed under this Agreement which are within the Village’s possession. However, Bidder will be required to evaluate all materials furnished hereunder using reasonable professional judgment before relying on such materials. 6.3. The Village will provide reasonable access and entry to all public property required by Bidder to perform the services described in this Agreement. All such access and entry shall be provided at the Village’s expense. The Village will also use reasonable efforts to obtain permission for reasonable access and entry to any private property required by Bidder to perform the services described in this Agreement. 6.4. The Village will review all documents, plans, or other materials provided by Bidder in a timely manner so as to not delay the process of the Bidder.

VILLAGE’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 5.1. Village shall make available any maps, plans, existing studies, reports, staff and representatives, and other data pertinent to the Services and in possession of the Village, and provide criteria requested by Consultant to assist Consultant in performing the Services. 5.2. Upon Consultant’s request, Village shall reasonably cooperate in arranging access to public information that may be required for Consultant to perform the Services.
VILLAGE’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 4.1 The VILLAGE shall be responsible for the preparation of the plans, specifications, and bid documents for the PROJECT, together with the advertisement and award of all PROJECT-related public bids. The VILLAGE shall select, and contract with, all vendors providing professional services for the PROJECT. 4.2 The VILLAGE shall be responsible for successful completion of all phases of the PROJECT, from design and construction through maintenance. 4.3 The VILLAGE shall be responsible for securing all local, county, state, and federal permits necessary for completion of the PROJECT. 4.4 The VILLAGE shall be responsible for submitting copies of all permit applications and related correspondence to the COUNTY in a timely manner to ensure sufficient review by the COUNTY. The purpose of the COUNTY’S review shall be for the sole purpose of documenting whether PROJECT work components qualify as allowable expenses. 4.5 The VILLAGE shall be responsible for obtaining all required land rights necessary for the completion of the PROJECT. 4.6 The VILLAGE shall not be reimbursed by the COUNTY for work undertaken prior to the signing of this AGREEMENT. 4.7 The VILLAGE may enter into additional agreements to secure its portion of the local PROJECT costs. 4.8 The VILLAGE shall submit no more than one invoice per month to the COUNTY during the construction and maintenance phases of the PROJECT. Under no circumstances should the COUNTY be invoiced more than twenty-five percent (25%) of total incurred PROJECT costs up to the limits as established in Paragraph 3.1. The invoice shall show the quantities and cost per item and be summarized by PROJECT area. 4.9 The VILLAGE shall make direct payments, or cause to have payments made, to all parties providing services related to this PROJECT. This requirement will not affect the COUNTY’S obligation to reimburse the VILLAGE in the amounts herein agreed upon, nor shall this provision affect the VILLAGE’S obligation to repay the COUNTY in the event the PROJECT is not undertaken or completed, as established in Paragraph 3.3. 4.10 The VILLAGE shall make any data collected from the PROJECT available to the COUNTY upon reasonable request by the COUNTY. 4.11 The COUNTY shall not be responsible for or have control over the design, construction, means, methods, techniques or procedures with respect to any work performed for the PROJECT. The VILLAGE shall provide full information, which shall set forth the VILLAGE’s objectives, schedule, constraints, and budget within reasonable contingencies and criteria. B. The VILLAGE shall provide full information, observation reports, testing reports & quantity information during the Construction Phase to the CONSULTANT. The CONSULTANT may use this information in performing or furnishing services under this agreement.
VILLAGE’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 8.1 The VILLAGE will issue all communications to the CONTRACTOR through the PROJECT MANAGER. 8.2 In case of termination of employment of the PROJECT MANAGER, the VILLAGE will appoint a PROJECT MANAGER against whom the CONTRACTOR makes no reasonable objection, whose status under the Contract Documents shall be that of the former PROJECT MANAGER. 8.3 The VILLAGE will furnish the data required under the Contract Documents promptly and shall make payments to the CONTRACTOR promptly after they are due as provided in paragraph 14.4. 8.4 The VILLAGE'S duties in respect to providing lands and easements and providing engineering surveys to establish reference points are set forth in paragraphs 4.1 and 4.

This will be the agreed upon Scope of Services and project definition. These must be completed prior to choosing a software vendor and starting the project. Appropriate Village Staff must review and approve data validity imported into the system. 6.9. Appropriate Village Staff must approve any software and/or hardware financial impact that would cost more than $500.00. 6.10. Village and appropriate Village Staff will purchase any hardware and/or software needed to ensure the system will work with the new application. 6.11.
