Wage freeze. At the pre-bid meeting the Contractor and Union may agree, in writing, that the hourly wage rates and fringe benefits in effect on the bid date will prevail for an agreed upon period of time from the date of the Contract Award. In any event, on all construction work performed under this Agreement, on construction projects not to exceed Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00), the hourly wage rates and fringe benefits in effect on the bid date shall prevail for a period of two (2) years from the date of the Notice to Proceed and thereafter at the current wage level.

  • Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.

  • Hourly Employees A new hourly employee shall be on probation for the first year of continuous employment. Such obligations may exist because of blood or family ties or because of particular cultural requirements such as attendance at all or part of a Tangihanga (or its equivalent). The length of time off shall be at the discretion of the employer.
