Web-Based Services. Symantec may include anti-theft Web-based services as an integral part of the Software and Services, including a client software agent installed on Your Device that relays information from the installed client software agent to Symantec servers which may allow You to (i) track the location of the Device; (ii) disable access to the Device (if available); (iii) wipe data from Your Device;
Web-Based Services. The anti-theft feature of the Software and Services consists of a client software agent installed on Your Device that relays information from the installed client software agent to Symantec servers which (i) allows You to track the location of the Device; (ii) allows You to cause Your Device to ring and remotely initiate a call to Your Device through the Internet using Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) technology; and (iii) allows You to change certain settings on Your Device. Use of functionality of the Software and Services employing VoIP technology requires an Internet connection, whether through a cellular data plan or over a WiFi connection. Such Internet connection and use of the Software and Services VoIP functionality may cause you to incur applicable fees. You may not use the Software and Services in any way that could harm the Software and Services or impair any other user’s use of these services. You may not use these Software and Services to gain or attempt to gain, unauthorized access to any service, data, account or network by any means.

Web-Based Services. 3.1 In addition to clauses 1 and 2 of these Terms and Conditions, this clause 3 includes conditions specific to the following services: the Video Relay Service (‘Video Relay Service’), the Web based NRS Captions service (‘NRS Captions Service’), and the Web based NRS Chat service (‘NRS Chat Service’). 3.2 We may require you to register prior to use of the NRS Captions Service and the NRS Chat Service. It is your choice to opt in or out of use of the NRS Captions Service and NRS Chat Service at any time. If you elect to opt out of the registration process, you will still be able to make a call through the NRS Captions Service and NRS Chat Service, but may not be able to receive a call through that Service. In collecting or using information obtained through the registration process, we will comply with the privacy provisions of all applicable legislation, including the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 3.3 When using the Video Relay Service you must use Auslan to communicate and ensure that both your hands are clearly visible to the NRS interpreter for the duration of the call. 3.4 The Video Relay Service operates on a ‘first available’ basis and Video Relay Service calls are answered by NRS interpreters in the order they enter the queue.
