Work on Weekends and Public Holidays. 5.3.1 Any hours worked on a Saturday will be paid overtime rates at a rate of time and one half for the first 2 hours and double time thereafter. Any hours worked on a Sunday shall be paid overtime rates of double time for all hours worked. 5.3.2 As a general rule, Employees will not work on Public Holidays.
