Leading Hand Allowances. An employee appointed by their employer to act as a Leading hand shall be paid an additional $10.80 per day for each day worked in the capacity of a Leading hand. This allowance will escalate in the life of this agreement by the same escalation arrangements in clause 7.2.2.

Leading Hand Allowances. An employee required to act in the capacity of a leading hand shall receive an additional rate as follows:
Leading Hand Allowances. Where employees are appointed by the Employer to be in charge of other employees the following flat payments shall be made per shift worked in such capacity: Number of Employees $ per shift worked When in charge of 2 - 9 other employees $10.00 Wen in charge of 10 or more other employees $15.00
