Work Performed on Scheduled Days Off. Where an employee is requested to work on a scheduled day off, the employee shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours pay at his/her straight hourly rate or overtime at time plus one-half, unless on Sunday which is at double time whichever is greater.

The Company shall endeavor to allow a minimum of six (6)hours off work for employees before they can be scheduled or called in on a shift. ARTICLE VACATIONS WITH PAY All employees who have been employed by the Company for less than six (6)months prior to May in any year shall receive in lieu of vacation an amount equal to four percent (4%) of their earnings up to the 1st of May in that year.
