WORKERS' RIGHTS. The Contractor represents and warrants that the Contractor does not require its employees, as a condition of employment, to sign or agree to mandatory individual arbitration clauses or class or collective action waivers. The Contractor further represents and warrants that, during the term of this contract, the Contractor shall not, as a condition of employment, require its employees to sign or agree to mandatory individual arbitration clauses or class or collective action waivers.

WORKERS' RIGHTS. There shall be equal pay for equal work. There shall be no discrimination by the Employer or the Union because of sex, race, creed, color, age, or any combination of such conditions. There shall be no discrimination on account of any employee’s physical disability which does not interfere with his ability to produce.
WORKERS' RIGHTS. Except as specifically set forth in the Agreement or otherwise authorized by USAID in writing, no funds or other support provided hereunder may be used for any activity that involves workers’ rights in a foreign country.
WORKERS' RIGHTS. The Supplier is obligated in fulfillment of the Framework Agreement to further ensure compliance with fundamental workers’ rights, which entail • that the services provided and its parts are not produced at variance with the general prohibition against forced labor, as expressed in the ILO Convention No. 29 and 105, • that the services provided and its parts are not produced at variance with the general prohibition against the use of child labor, as expressed in the ILO Convention No. 138 and 182, • that the services provided are produced under conditions where the general principle of the right to freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining is guaranteed, as this principle is ex- pressed in the ILO Convention No. 87, 98 and 135, • that the services provided and its parts are produced under conditions where the general principle of the right to fair pay is complied with, as this principle is expressed in the ILO Convention No. 26 and 131 and the UN Declaration of Human rights, Article 23, Section 3, • that the services provided and its parts are produced under conditions where the general principle of the right to reasonable working hours is complied with, as this principle is expressed in the ILO Convention No. 1 and 30 and the UN Declaration of Human rights, Article 24, • that the services provided and its parts are produced under conditions where the general principle of the right to a safe and healthy work environment is complied with, as this principle is expressed in the ILO Convention No. 155. The Supplier is obligated in fulfillment of Framework Agreement to ensure compliance with fundamental workers’ rights including the prohibition of child labor and forced labor, as established in principles 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the UN Global Compact.
WORKERS' RIGHTS. The Company agrees not to take action to prevent its employees from lawfully exercising their right of free association and their right to organize and bargain collectively. The Company further agrees to observe all laws relating to minimum age for employment of children, acceptable conditions of work with respect to minimum wages, hours of work, and occupational health and safety, and not to use forced labor. The Company is not responsible under this Section 6.13 for actions of the Russian government.

WORKERS' RIGHTS. (a) The Fund and the Holding Company shall take no action to, and the Fund, the Holding Company and the Managing Member shall cause each Portfolio Holding Company and Controlled Portfolio Company not to take any action to, (i) prevent its employees or the employees of any Portfolio Company or Portfolio Company Affiliate from, or (ii) penalize any such employees for: (A) lawfully exercising their right of free association or their right to organize and bargain collectively, or (B) employing Persons under fourteen years of age or using forced labor. (b) The Fund and the Holding Company shall, and the Fund, the Holding Company and the Managing Member shall cause each Portfolio Holding Company and each Controlled Portfolio Company to, observe applicable laws relating to a minimum age for employment of children and acceptable conditions of work with respect to minimum wages, hours of work and occupational health and safety and all other applicable Worker Rights Requirements. (c) The Fund and the Holding Company shall, and the Fund, the Holding Company and the Managing Member shall cause each Portfolio Holding Company and each Controlled Portfolio Company to, undertake its best efforts, as are reasonable under the circumstances, to cause each Portfolio Company it does not control and to cause each material contractor of each Portfolio Company to comply with the Worker Rights Requirements. (d) The Financing Parties are not responsible under this Section 7.9 for the actions of a government.
WORKERS' RIGHTS. The Borrower shall not take action to prevent employees of KKM from lawfully exercising their right of association and their right to organize and bargain collectively. The Borrower shall, and shall cause KKM, not to interfere with or coerce an employee of KKM on the basis of trade union activities or membership. The Borrower shall, and shall cause KKM, not to take any action on the basis of such activities or membership which may result in the termination, suspension, demotion, or transfer of said employee by KKM, or by an officer, agent or other representative thereof. The Borrower shall cause KKM to perform all Project activities in accordance with occupational health and safety standards that meet or exceed the World Bank Environment, Health and Safety Guidelines for Onshore Oil and Gas Development, dated May 12, 1994. The Borrower shall, and shall cause KKM, to allow employees of KKM to avoid or remove themselves from dangerous work situations without jeopardy to continued employment. The Borrower shall, and shall cause KKM, to observe Applicable Laws relating to a minimum age for employment of children, acceptable conditions of work with respect to minimum wages, hours of work, and occupational health and safety, and not to use forced labour.
