Working Hours, Break and Leave. Article 7 Part B shall follow standard working hour system arranged by Part A. If standard working hour system is applied, the working hour per day shall not exceed 8 hours, and the total working hour per week shall not exceed 40 hours. Weekly rest days are Saturday and Sunday. Integrated working hour system or irregular working hour system may be applied after Part A obtains the administrative permission for special working hour system from the administrative department of labor.

Working Hours, Break and Leave. 3.1. The Employer and the Employee agree that the Employee shall work on the standard working-hour system. The normal working hours for the Employee shall be no more than eight hours per day, and no more than 40 hours in the aggregate per week.

  • Vacations and Leave a. Executive may take vacations and other leave in accordance with the Bank’s policy for senior executives, or otherwise as approved by the Board.

  • Paid Leave Executive will be eligible to receive paid leave for vacation and/or sick leave consistent with policies adopted by the Company from time to time. Executive also will be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Company to its employees generally. Scheduling and use of paid leave and, if applicable, accrual of and compensation for unused paid leave, will be subject to the Company’s policies and procedures, as modified from time to time.
