Working Party. 8.1 The parties agree to establish a working party to review the provision of gardening services to schools.
Working Party. As soon as practicable after the approval of this Agreement, the Employer will establish a Working Party with a view to implementing a qualifications framework, to be reflected in the classification structure, for Employees working in Youth Justice Custodial Centres. The Working Party will comprise representatives of: the Employer, including representatives from Youth Justice Custodial Centres; Employees; and the CPSU.
Working Party. A joint working party of the Finnish Association of Private Care Providers and the Trade Union of Education (OAJ) will examine, during the term of the collective agree- ment and, if possible, by the end of 2021, the possible effects that the transfer of the collective agreement of the municipal sector’s early childhood education teachers may have on the terms of their employment relationships and the implementation schedule of such effects. Once the results of this examination are ready, the possible impact that the changes in the municipal sector will have on the content of the association protocol of the next collective agreement concerning the private social services sector’s early child- hood education teachers will be negotiated.
Working Party. 2.1 KiwiRail Mechanical will, in consultation with its employees and the RMTU develop a competency based certification process that will recognize the attainment of new skills.
