Years of Service Credit. Employees who are hired after August 26, 2002, will accrue ten percent (10%) credit for each twelve (12) months the employee is in active payroll status in a position that is covered by the State Patrol Retirement Fund (M.S. §352B) and in which the employee and Employer made the statutorily required contributions to the State Patrol Retirement Fund (M.S. §352B). If an employee has six (6) or more months of active payroll status during a calendar year, then the employee shall be credited with the full ten percent (10%) for that calendar year. If the employee has less than six (6) months of active payroll status during a calendar year, then the employee shall receive zero (0) credit for that calendar year. Total credit for all years of service will not exceed one hundred percent (100%).

Years of Service Credit. All regularly scheduled position hours both in and out of 12 the bargaining unit shall be counted toward years of service credit normally awarded by 13 policy or specific benefit plans to GRH employees (EL accrual rates, pension, insurance, 14 long term disability, etc.) All hours worked in both bargaining unit and non-bargaining unit 15 positions shall be counted for purposes of Appendix A, Section 6.

Years of Service Credit. Supplier’s employment offers will grant credit for all years of service recognized by Kraft or another Eligible Recipient, as applicable, for purposes of seniority, career advancement, promotion consideration, and other rights attaching to length of service, including all benefits referenced in Section 8.2; provided, however, that Supplier shall not grant any credit for such years of service for severance purposes for the Affected Kraft Foods Global Personnel who received severance payment from Kraft or another Eligible Recipient prior to their employment by Supplier.

Years of Service Credit. Chemical covenants and agrees that all employees of O.A.K. who are employed by Chemical or any of its affiliates shall receive credit for years of service at O.A.K. or the O.A.K. Subsidiaries for all purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of eligibility to participate, vesting credit, entitlement to benefits, and levels of benefits of any Chemical employee benefit plan (including, but not limited to, Chemical's 401(k) plan) or any other employee benefit plan of the Surviving Corporation commencing after the Effective Time, and for purposes of determining seniority in connection with employment with the Surviving Corporation and affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no O.A.K. employee shall be permitted to participate in Chemical's frozen defined benefit pension plan.
Years of Service Credit. Except as otherwise provided in this Article 8, the service of a Transitioned Employee with ABM prior to his or her Employment Effective Date shall be recognized by the applicable Supplier employee plan for vacation (prorated based upon full months of employment during first calendar year), short term disability, long term disability and access to post-retirement medical group rates when such Transitioned Employee is no longer employed by Supplier.
Years of Service Credit. If an employee, who works less than 12 months a year, accepts a 12-month position, his/her years of service shall not be prorated. Calculations of service credit shall be done as per IMRF calculations. If an employee transfers from one job classification to another, for example: cafeteria to clerical, IMRF service credit will be used for retirement calculations but not for seniority benefits within the new job classification.
