Crib Break definition

Crib Break means a period of time during which the employee takes sustenance while remaining on duty or available for duty and if necessary will resume the performance of duties, which time either counts as part of the employee’s ordinary hours or accrues as TOIL or similar.
Crib Break means a break, without loss of pay, which is taken in a way that does not interfere with the continuity of work.
