Dues Cancellation. An employee may cancel his/her payroll deduction of dues by written notice to the Employer and the Union. The cancellation will become effective on the second payroll after receipt of the notice. However, the cancellation may cause the employee to be terminated. An employee leaving paid status should notify the Union and receive a withdrawal card for the duration of absence from paid status and/or the bargaining unit.
Dues Cancellation. Employees may cancel their payroll deduction by written notice to the Employer and the Union in accordance with the terms and conditions of their signed payroll deduction authorization card. The cancellation will become effective on the second payroll after receipt of the confirmation from the Union that the terms of the employee’s signed payroll deduction authorization card regarding cancellation have been met. Teamsters Local 117 will enforce the year-to-year maintenance of dues requirement only for those employees who signed one (1) of the payroll deduction authorization cards entitled:

Union members requesting to rescind membership and membership rights in their union shall make such request in writing to PSE in accordance with the terms and conditions of the authorization. Providing such terms and conditions have been met, PSE shall notify the University in writing that the employee has cancelled their authorization for dues collection. The University will end dues deduction no later than the second payroll after receipt of the notice from the Union that the employee has revoked authorization.

Dues Cancellation. Employees may cancel their membership in the Association at any time subject to the employee completing the dues cancellation form. Any employee who elects not to pay dues will not be a member of the Association.

A faculty member may cancel their payroll deduction of dues by the faculty member providing written notice to the Union and the Union subsequently providing written notice to GHC of the cancellation. After receipt of the confirmation from the Union, every effort will be made to make the cancellation effective on the first payroll and not later than the second payroll after receipt of the notice.
Dues Cancellation. An employee may withdraw his/her authorization for payroll deduction of dues by written notice to the County on the appropriate cancellation forms. The County will provide the Association with a copy of the employee’s written form and the cancellation will become effective immediately. The Association will refund dues already taken prorated to the day.
