Field Change Order is a written change order requested by the AE, accepted by the CM, and approved by the Project Coordinator for minor changes in the Work, not involving the adjustments in the Guaranteed Maximum Price or an extension of Time, and not inconsistent with the overall intent of the Contract Documents.

Field Change Order. ("FCO"), Problem Reporting ("PO") and Service Information ("SI") Program OEM shall maintain a field change order, problem reporting and service information program in accordance with good industry practice.   • Change Order means a written modification of the Contract between Owner and Contractor, signed by Owner, Contractor, and A/E.
