Construction Record Drawings. The Contractor shall furnish to the Architect or Engineer, in accordance with the GENERAL REQUIREMENTS, a complete set of "as constructed" drawings which clearly indicate all deviations from the basic contract drawings, including exact dimension locations and depths for all stubbed conduits, location and size of spare conduits, & conductors, all new and uncovered existing work outside the buildings, power feeder runs, and communications "primary" conduit runs. Corrections and changes shall be kept up to date at all times.

This service will in no way relieve the Contractor of complete supervision and inspection of the work or the Contractor's obligation for complete compliance with the drawings and specifications. The Contractor shall have sole responsibility for safety and for maintaining safe practices and avoiding unsafe practices or conditions. Specific services to be added to the scope of the work and performed by Consultant are as follows: The level of service provided for the services indicated below will be commensurate with the actual number of hours spent on site. Serve as Consultant's liaison with the Contractor, working principally through the Contractor's superintendent, and assist Consultant in providing interpretation of the construction contract documents. Transmit Consultant's clarifications and interpretations of the construction contract documents to the Contractor. 3.
