Sign-Out definition

Sign-OutThe parent/guardian only is authorized to designate who may sign their child out of program at the end of the day. Children will not be released to anyone other than the persons indicated unless written permission is sent on the day of pickup and given to the SACC Director, Site Supervisor, and/or office staff. Individuals designated to sign your child out must be 16 years of age or older. If your child is not signed out each day, there will be a $5.00 fee charged to your account PER INFRACTION. When this individual arrives to pick up your child, he/she will be required to show some form of photo identification. Please make sure to inform these surrogates of our pick-up times as well as the building’s closing hours and regulations and to sign the child(ren) out. ● In order to properly enforce custody agreements, copies of the legal documents must be on file at the Center. All information given is kept confidential and staff will be informed only on a “need to know” basis, so as to protect your child’s safety. Children may not be picked up at the bus stop unless previous arrangements are made with the SACC Director or Site Supervisor and it is your child’s normal bus stop. ● Parent pick-up at extension sites (CFJ, Maine Memorial and Xxxxx Xxxxx) is to be by 6:00 p.m. and no later. If there is an emergency extenuating circumstance please call Children’s Home (and we will get your message to the appropriate site, if you cannot get ahold of the Site Supervisor. Otherwise a $10.00 fee will be charged for each additional 10 minutes that a child remains in care after the program closes.
Sign-Out. A staff member will sign your child out when you arrive. You will be required to initial the sign out sheet as well. If the parent or guardian cannot pick up the child, please send us an email in advance indicating who will pick up the child. Staff members are employed until 6:00 PM. Please take note of the late policy outlined on the fee schedule page. CARES will be closed on school days off. On half days, CARES will run until 3:00pm, unless the half day begins a holiday in which case, CARES is closed. Refer to the school calendar.
Sign-Out. Sign-out with Building Manager at the end of each shift. Day xxxxxx shall arrive promptly at the scheduled time. If Day xxxxxx does not arrive within thirty (30) minutes of the scheduled time, Contractor shall be notified and be expected to provide a substitute within sixty (60) minutes after notification. Lost hours due to absence will be deducted. Repeat problems will be deficient performance.

Related to Sign-Out

  • Sign face means the surface of a sign including the border or frame together with any material forming an integral part of the background used to differentiate the sign from the backdrop or building on which it is erected. Where a sign is composed of individually installed letters, numerals or shapes, the sign face shall mean the area of the smallest polygon containing a maximum of eight (8) right angle sides that enclose all of the letters, numerals or shapes; (0438-2003, 0203-2017)

  • Sign-off means a notice in writing from the Regulator, in respect of an area, that post-harvest obligations no longer apply in respect of that area.

  • Sign Height means the distance measured from height of the ground directly beneath the sign to the highest point of the sign including the sign structure and the sign face.
