Supplemental Helper definition

Supplemental Helper means any person who has been temporarily transferred or hired to assist a Journeyperson to supplement the work force of a Skilled Trade when Journeypersons are unavailable.

Supplemental Helper means any per- son who has been temporarily transferred or hired to as- sist a Journeymen to supplement the work force of a Skilled Trade when Journeyman are unavailable. Supplemental Helpers will be obtained in the fol- lowing manner and sequence:-

This Committee shall also serve as the Joint Apprenticeship Committee.
