Time Cards. Employees may be required to complete their own time cards and submit them to their respective Supervisor. Time Cards. Supplier personnel assigned to Purchaser shall submit standard Purchaser time cards to the immediate GDLS supervisor for approval at such frequency as Purchaser may reasonably require. For Supplier personnel that use the Smart Time System for time tracking purposes, Purchaser will provide only as a courtesy the Valid Labor Report to Supplier. Supplier is responsible for obtaining an approved time card from its personnel for time tracking purposes.
