Call Off. In the event the Hospital must reduce the work force for a given unit or shift for a short-term staffing adjustment, then such a reduction shall occur as follows provided the bargaining unit members remaining on the unit and shift are qualified to perform the work to be done. The following order does not prevent the Hospital from calling off a bargaining unit member who would receive overtime or premium pay for the shift before calling off a bargaining unit member who is not eligible for overtime or premium time.
