Low Census Callback. Nurses called to work from low census standby shall be paid for their entire scheduled shift, regardless of the actual number of hours worked after being called back to work unless the nurse works beyond his/her scheduled shift, in which case the nurse will be paid for additional hours at the appropriate rate.

Low Census Callback. As a normal practice, regular full-time and regular 25 part-time nurses, called off by the Hospital for lack of work, shall be given an opportunity 26 to return to work the scheduled shift should the need reoccur.   • Low Census Low census is defined as a decline in patient care requirements resulting in a temporary staff decrease. During periods of low census, the Employer will assign low census to nurses in the following order:
