Union Interview. The Hospital will endeavour to schedule the time and place of the interview referred to in Article 5.06, within the first four (4) weeks of employment on hospital premises and at a time mutually agreed by the Union. The Hospital will advise the Bargaining Unit President or designate of all employees to be interviewed prior to the interview.
Union Interview. D-1 The interview period as provided for in Article 5.06 will be scheduled at the Hospital at a mutually agreeable time during employee's orientation period or at a time arranged between the union representative and the employee. The Hospital will advise the designated union representative(s) of all new employee(s) orientation schedules. The Union will arrange an interview period with the employee or may conduct the interview during the employee’s orientation.
Union Interview. L-1 The Union interview will take place on the Hospital premises during the newly hired nurse's orientation period as scheduled by the Hospital. The Bargaining Unit President/designate will be provided with at least a period of thirty (30) minutes on the orientation schedule to meet with the newly hired members for this bargaining unit.
Union Interview. The interview period provided for in Article 5.06 will be scheduled during the newly hired nurse's orientation period. The Bargaining Unit President will be given notice of any new hires and their dates of orientation so she may arrange for an interview.

D.01 The Hospital shall advise the Bargaining Unit President or their designee, with thirty (30) days notice, of the time during general hospital orientation to interview newly hired Nurses as required in Clause 5.06. Such interview shall be conducted during the first three (3) days of the new Nurse’s orientation program.
Union Interview. The Union will be allowed a reasonable amount of time to interview newly employed nurses during their general Hospital orientation program.
Union Interview. For the purpose of interviewing newly hired employees the Union interview shall take place during the orientation period. The Hospital agrees that the Union shall be allowed a period of one (1) hour during which this interview shall be conducted. The Hospital will issue to the Local Executive the annual schedule of planned orientation sessions. The Hospital will provide the Local Executive on the day of the session, a list of the names of the employees scheduled to attend, the employees’ status and the unit to which the employee has been hired. The Hospital will endeavour to provide this information to the Local Executive in advance. The Hospital will confirm to the Union the list of actual attendees at each orientation session. The Hospital will discuss with the Union ways to attempt to schedule non-attendees at a future orientation session.
