Unscheduled Visit means a Study participant visit which is not expressly set forth in the Protocol, but is otherwise required for the Study.Institution shall be reimbursed for actual unscheduled procedures performed in accordance with the Budget. Unscheduled Visits will be reimbursed and prorated at the rate set forth in Budget. Related to Unscheduled Visit

  • Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.
