Unscheduled Visit means a Subject visit which is not expressly set forth in the schedule of Study procedures of the Protocol, but that (i) may be required for the Study as directed by the Principal Investigator, or (ii) may be related to an adverse event experienced during the Study or otherwise required for the Study as directed by the Principal Investigator, for the health and welfare of a Study Subject. Standard of care patient visits or procedures that are not required by the Protocol do not constitute Unscheduled Visits for purposes of this Agreement.
