RESERVATION. The reservation becomes definite after the payment of the booking deposit within the 10 days and the reservation confirmed by camping La Castillonderie. Costs are as follows: -Rental accommodation: 25 % of the total holiday amount + reservation costs (15€) + optional cancellation guarantee (3% of the stay) -For a camping pitch: 25 % of the total holiday amount + reservation costs(15€) + optional cancellation guarantee (3% of the stay) The reservation is carried out, as much as possible, in accordance with the wishes of the client and the capabilities of the campsite. PAIEMENT : For a pitch on the campsite: the remaining amount of the holiday has to be paid on the day of arrival. For the rental accommodation: the holiday has to be settled 30 days before arrival date, without any reminder. If the payment has not been settled, the lodging will be considered as cancelled and the paid deposit will be kept by camping La Castillonderie. If you reserve within 30 days before arrival, the total amount of the holiday has to be paid.

RESERVATION. The reservation will only be considered effective after our agreement and receipt of 30% TO BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR STAY PLUS A NON-RETURNABLE PAYMENT OF 10€ for handling charges. You will be sent a confirmation of reservation on receipt of this. Any payment that is not accompanied by the rental contract will not be considered as an effective reservation under any circumstances. You will be asked to leave a deposit of 20€ for the badge that operates the automatic barriers. NON-OCCUPATION: In the absence of any message by telegram or email announcing a change in arrival date by the camper, the reservation will be cancelled 48 hours after the arrival date mentioned in the contract (at midday), and all sums paid will remain the property of the management.Telephone messages and SMS can not be accepted.

• Lorsqu’ils sont connus avant la RESERVATION ou au moment de la RESERVATION, les horaires prévisionnels de départ et de retour sont communiqués au CLIENT, étant précisé qu’ils sont susceptibles de modification.

• Dans ce cas, LA ROSIERE RESERVATION dispose, comme l'exige le droit de l'Union européenne, d'une protection afin de rembourser les sommes que vous lui avez versées pour des services qui n'ont pas été exécutés en raison de son insolvabilité.

• LA ROSIERE RESERVATION sera entièrement responsable de la bonne exécution du forfait dans son ensemble.

RESERVATION désigne l’opération consistant à réserver un Véhicule et qui se matérialise par la signature du Bon de Réservation.

RESERVATION. Tout séjour devra faire l’objet d’une réservation qui ne sera effective qu’après réception d’un acompte de 50% du total de la prestation. Cette somme nous restera acquise en cas de non-respect de la réservation. Le solde sera versé à l’entrée en pension. Toute annulation effectuée moins de deux mois minimum avant le séjour prévu entraînera la perte de l’acompte.
