Access and Use of Services. Veeting hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive right to access and use the Services for the duration of this Agreement, subject to the compliance to its terms. Veeting also provides - at extra - cost white-label solutions. White-label solution include the following: − branding of Customer's layer − integration of calendar − accounting system integration − communication system integration Customer may choose to pay per meeting. In such a case, the Customer can subscribe a given number of meetings. After each meeting, one meeting is deducted from the number of meetings subscribed. The prices are set out on the website xxxxxxx.xxx. Customer may choose to pay per meeting room for one month or for one year. When the Customer chooses to pay per meeting room, the Customer may hold as many meetings as it wishes during the month or the year, respectively, whereby only one meeting may be held at a time. The prices per meeting room are set out on the website xxxxxxx.xxx. White label prices will only be shared after signing an NDA. Where applicable, all fees are exclusive VAT. The Customer must pay the Services in advance by credit card or other payment means. There are no refunds.
Access and Use of Services. We grant you the non-transferable, non-sublicensable, time-limited, and revocable right to access and use the Services via your account.
Access and Use of Services. 2.1. Subject to payment of the applicable Fees, the restrictions set out in this clause 2 and the other terms and conditions of this agreement, Fuse hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, without the right to grant sublicences, to permit the Provisioned Users to use the Services in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy during the Term solely for Customer's internal business operations.
2.2. In relation to the Provisioned Users, Customer undertakes that:
(a) each Provisioned User shall keep a secure password for their use of the Services, that such password shall be changed frequently and that each Provisioned User shall keep his password confidential; and
(b) Customer shall permit Fuse to audit Customer’s use of the Services via the Fuse Platform in order to establish that the use of the Services by Customer is in accordance with the agreed scope.
2.3. In relation to the Provisioned Users, Customer undertakes that:
(a) it will not allow any username or password to be used by more than one individual Provisioned User unless it has been reassigned in its entirety to another individual Provisioned User, in which case the prior Provisioned User shall no longer have any right to access or use the Services;
(b) it shall permit Fuse audit the Services via universal analytics in order to establish the name of each Provisioned User and to audit compliance with this Agreement in such a manner as not to substantially interfere with Customer's normal conduct of business; and
(c) if Fuse discovers that any password has been provided to any individual who is not a Provisioned User, then without prejudice to Fuse's other rights, Customer shall promptly disable such passwords and Fuse may choose not to issue any new passwords to any such individual.
2.4. Customer shall not, and shall procure that its Provisioned Users shall not, access, store, distribute or transmit any Viruses, or any material during the course of its use of the Services that:
(a) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive;
(b) facilitates illegal activity;
(c) depicts sexually explicit images;
(d) promotes unlawful violence;
(e) is discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability; or

Access and Use of Services. 3.1 Except as specified in the Your Payments Acceptance Guide, or otherwise agreed in writing, the Services shall be for your internal business use in the United States only.

Access and Use of Services. Such use is limited to Customer’s internal use. Provider will provide to Customer the Access Credentials no later than five (5) business days following the Effective Date. Subject to Section 3 hereof, the total number of Authorized Users will not exceed the number set forth on the applicable Order Form. Customer has and will retain sole responsibility for all access to and use of the Services by any Authorized User and will securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials to protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Services.

These Terms of Services cover your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, the process by which you may book an appointment with a coach for a coaching session, and your management of your appointments with your coach through the use of our Website. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Swapidea hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use Swapidea's user manuals and guides relating to the Services provided by Xxxxxxxx to coach and students/clients (“Documentation”). Such Documentation is solely for your internal use. Swapidea reserves all rights not expressly granted to coach in this Terms of Services. Except for the limited rights and licenses expressly granted under this Terms of Services, nothing in this Terms of Services grants, by implication, waiver, estoppel, or otherwise, to coach or any third party any intellectual property rights or other right, title, or interest in or to the Swapidea IP.

Merchant shall not and shall not permit any third party to: (a) access or attempt to access any of the TransArmor Services that is not intended to be available to Merchant; (b) access or use (in any format) the TransArmor Services (or any part) through any time-sharing service, service bureau, network, consortium, or other means; (c) without Bank’s advanced written consent, use, ship or access TransArmor Services (or any part) outside or from outside of the United States; (d) perform or attempt to perform any actions that would interfere with the proper working of any part of the TransArmor Services, prevent access to or use of any of the TransArmor Services by other users, or in Bank’s reasonable judgment, impose a large load on Bank’s infrastructure, network capability or bandwidth; or (e) use the TransArmor Services (or any part) except as permitted in this Agreement. Bank has the right to rely on user names, password and other sign on credentials/access controls for the TransArmor Services or any Software provided or approved by Bank to authenticate access to, and use of, the Services and any Software.

3.3 You may use the eligible TransArmor services and portals only to scan IP addresses, URLs, and domain names owned by and registered to you.
3.4 We have the right to rely on user names, password, and other sign on credentials/access controls for the Services or any Software provided or approved by us to authenticate access to, and use of, the Services and any Software.
