Access Code and Security. You agree to take every precaution to ensure the safety, security and integrity of your Accounts and transactions when using Online/Mobile Banking. Using your access code has the same effect as your signature authorizing transactions. You agree not to leave your mobile device or computer unattended while logged into Online/Mobile Banking and to log off immediately at the completion of each access by you. You agree to safely keep the access code, not to record the access code or otherwise disclose or make the access code available to anyone other than authorized users of your accounts. Anyone to whom you disclose your access code and anyone who has access to your access code will have full access to Online/Mobile Banking, including full access to your accounts. You have no ability to limit any such person’s authority. If anyone uses your access code with your permission, you will be responsible for any transactions performed by that person. Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your access code or mobile device has been lost, stolen or otherwise became available to an unauthorized person. Please contact us immediately by telephone or in writing. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all the money in your Accounts (plus your maximum overdraft line of credit). If you tell us within two (2) Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft of your access code, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your access code without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within two (2) Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft of your access code, and we can prove that we could have stopped someone from using your access code without your permission, you could lose as much as $500. Also, if your statement shows transfers that you did not make, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within sixty (60) days after the first statement on which the problem or error appeared was mailed or made available electronically (if you are using E-Statements) to you, you may not get any money you lost after the sixty (60) days if we show that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you would have told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods. Access Code and Security. You will create your own access Username and Password by means of self-service registration. You will be required to create the Username and Password upon your initial entry into the system. Thereafter, you can voluntarily change your Password at any time. We will be able to assign you a new password if you forget your password, as well as your Hint Question and Answer. We recommend that you change your Password every three (3) months at least, or even more frequently if you deem it necessary. Your Username and Password can be changed within QNB Mobile Banking under “More\Settings\Change Password\ or “Change User Name” option. For security purposes, it is recommended that you memorize your Password and do not write it down. You are fully responsible for keeping your Username Password and account data confidential )such as SMS PIN-s, debit and credit card number and card PIN-s). You will need the Username and Password to gain access to QNB. Use of the User Name and Password is the agreed security procedure between you and the Bank. You should keep your Username and Password confidential in order to prevent unauthorized use of QNB and possible loss to your accounts. Anyone to whom you give or disclose your Username and Password and mobile on which you will receive SMS PIN-s to login to QNB Mobile and Internet Banking will have full access to your accounts, even if you attempt to limit that person’s authority. You are responsible for all transactions you authorize or make using the Services, including any transactions that may be unintentionally or inadvertently authorized or made, and any losses, charges, or penalties incurred as a result. In addition, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you are responsible for all transactions that incur as a result of unauthorized persons using your Username, Password, Fingerprint, Facial Recognition and SMS PIN-s, QNB shall bear no liability for the use of Services by any other person and shall treat all transactions as if they were done by you.
Access Code and Security. To access the Internet Bill Pay service you will need to log on to the Greater Cincinnati Credit Union Online Banking service with your account number and Access Code and then click on the Bill Payment icon. From there the system will link you to the Internet Bill Pay site. You agree not to give or make available your Greater Cincinnati Credit Union Online Banking Account Number and Access Code to any unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all bill payments you, and your Internet Bill Pay authorized user, authorize using the Service. If you permit other persons to use the Service or your Greater Cincinnati Credit Union Account Number and Access Code (even though you have agreed not to disclose this information); you are responsible for all transactions they authorize. If you believe that your Greater Cincinnati Credit Union Account Number and Access Code has been lost, stolen or compromised, or that someone may attempt to use the Service without your consent or has transferred money from your account by accessing your account without your permission, you must notify the Greater Cincinnati Credit Union at once by calling us during business hours. You also agree that the Greater Cincinnati Credit Union may revoke your Internet Bill Pay and/or Online Banking account access services if unauthorized account access and/or transactions occur as the apparent result of negligence in the safeguarding of the Account Number and Access Code belonging to you and/or your authorized user. Further, you agree that, if the Greater Cincinnati Credit Union is notified that you have included the credit union in the filing of a petition of bankruptcy, the Greater Cincinnati Credit Union may revoke or refuse to grant you Internet Bill Pay service and/or the Greater Cincinnati Credit Union Online Banking account access to your account. By enrolling for and using this Internet Bill Pay service you agree that Greater Cincinnati Credit Union has the right to transfer funds from your available balance on your line of credit account as well as from all of your share accounts or funds available through Courtesy Pay to recover funds for all payments that have been requested to be paid by you and your authorized user: this includes accounts on which you are the primary member-owner, as well as accounts on which you are the joint owner.

User agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Bank in respect of the same. The User understands that doing a transaction at a Cybercafé/ shared computer terminal is risky and the Bank shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the same. Further, you shall not use or permit to use the Service or any related service for any illegal or improper purposes.   • USE OF TBS ACCESS CODE (a) An Account Holder may operate the TBS in relation to his Account by using his TBS Access Code. (b) Any Service Instructions identified by the Account Holder’s TBS Access Code shall be deemed to be given by the Account Holder and shall be conclusive and binding on the Account Holder and the Account Holder hereby authorises the Bank to act on any such Service Instructions identified by the Account Holder’s TBS Access Code. (c) All acts on the part of the Bank pursuant to such Service Instructions identified by the Account Holder’s TBS Access Code shall be conclusive and binding on the Account Holder (notwithstanding that such Service Instructions may not have been given by the Account Holder or with his consent or authority). (d) Notwithstanding and without prejudice to the other terms and conditions herein, the Bank shall be entitled (but not obliged), in its reasonable discretion, to permit the Account Holder to operate the TBS without the use of his T-PIN upon verifying the identity of the Account Holder in accordance with the Bank’s prevailing prescribed procedure at the time. (e) Notwithstanding and without prejudice to the other terms and conditions herein, the Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to act on all or any Service Instructions; and the Bank shall be entitled in its reasonable discretion to require written confirmation of the Account Holder’s Service Instructions (even where identified by the Account Holder’s TBS Access Code), and to refuse to act on any such Service Instructions unless and until such written confirmation is received by the Bank. (f) The use of any TBS and the TBS Access Code is also subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions governing the type of Account or facility of which the TBS may be operated in connection therewith and nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed as amending or varying those terms and conditions. (g) The Bank shall at its reasonable discretion, be entitled to change, de- activate or revoke the use of the TBS Access Code at any time without giving any reason but with reasonable notice to the Account Holder.

  • Safety and Security Contractor is responsible for maintaining safety in the performance of this Agreement. Contractor shall be responsible to ascertain from the District the rules and regulations pertaining to safety, security, and driving on school grounds, particularly when children are present.

  • Safety and Security Procedures Contractor shall maintain and enforce, at the Contractor Work Locations, industry-standard safety and physical security policies and procedures. While at each Court Work Location, Contractor shall comply with the safety and security policies and procedures in effect at such Court Work Location.

  • Security of Access Code You may use one (1) or more access codes with your electronic fund transfers. The access codes issued to you are for your security purposes. Any access codes issued to you are confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties or recorded on or with the card. You are responsible for safekeeping your access codes. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your access codes available to anyone not authorized to sign on your accounts. If you authorize anyone to use your access codes, that authority shall continue until you specifically revoke such authority by notifying the Credit Union. You understand that any joint owner you authorize to use an access code may withdraw or transfer funds from any of your accounts. If you fail to maintain the security of these access codes and the Credit Union suffers a loss, we may terminate your EFT services immediately.

  • Background Screening and Security ‌ All Contractor employees and agents performing work under the Contract must comply with all security and other requirements of the Department.

  • Health, Safety and Security 14.1 The Employer recognizes a responsibility to provide an environment intended to protect the health, safety and security of Members as they carry out their responsibilities. To that end, the Employer agrees: (a) to maintain a Joint Health and Safety Committee (the JHSC) with broad representation drawn from all sectors of the University, including at least one (1) person appointed by the Association; (b) to cooperate with the Association in making every reasonable provision for the safety, health and security of Members; (c) to take reasonable measures to maintain the security of the buildings and grounds while at the same time maintaining reasonable access for Members who have a need for such access at times other than during regular working hours; (d) to ensure that the Association has the right to appoint at least one (1) person to any representative committee whose terms of reference specifically include the health, safety or security of Members as they carry out their responsibilities; (e) to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, R.S.O. 1990, and relevant regulations thereto, as amended from time to time (the “Act”); (f) that Members may refuse unsafe work pursuant to and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Act for so doing; (g) that Members report any known or potential dangers to their Xxxx; (h) In addition, the Employer agrees: i) to provide Members with health and safety training, personal protective equipment, and access to health and safety programs, policies and procedures; ii) to provide resources for the JHSC; iii) to compensate a CASBU Member who is eligible to be, and serves as, the person appointed by the Association to the JHSC when that service is outside the period of the Member’s contract; iv) to provide training for the person appointed by the Association to the JHSC directly related to their duties and responsibilities in connection with the JHSC; v) to recognize a JHSC Member’s right to be present during workplace safety testing and audits and receive written copies of any reports and recommendations from the testing/audits and a copy of a draft report if one is provided to the Employer; vi) to recognize a JHSC Member’s right to have advance notice when advance notice is given by the Ministry of Labour of any Ministry of Labour inspection and to accompany a Ministry of Labour Inspector during an inspection and receive a copy of any report produced by the inspector. 14.2 The parties agree that all personal communications must adhere to the Personal Harassment and Discrimination Policy and the Nipissing University Acceptable Use Policy. Effective June 10, 2006, universities are subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). All records in the custody and control of the University will be subject to FIPPA with exceptions as defined by the Act. Persons may request and have a right to access University information or records. A record is defined under the Act as any record of information however recorded, whether in printed or electronic form, film, or otherwise and includes drafts, post-it notes, margin notes, hard drive files, emails, voice mails, electronic agendas, address books, and recording devices. 14.3 Unless required under FIPPA, and for the purposes of this Article, files are documents under a Member’s control and stored on University property, either in paper or electronic form. Such files do not include the Member’s official file in the Xxxx’x office nor the Personnel File of the Member in the Human Resources office. 14.4 On termination of a Member’s employment for any reason other than cause, the Employer will permit, by appointment only, accompanied access for a period of fifteen (15) working days (or longer with the agreement of the Xxxx) by the former Member or the Member’s executors to the Member’s files, whether in paper or electronic format. The purpose of the allowed access is for transferring required documents to other faculty, the Chair, or the Xxxx. Where files are not required to support continued student academic needs or ongoing operational requirements, the former Member or designate may remove or destroy their personal files. Items that are clearly of a personal nature or are owned by the former Member such as furniture, pictures, books, etc., may be removed at this time.

  • Data Protection and Security A. In this Agreement the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:

  • Privacy and Security (a) Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries complies (and requires and monitors the compliance of applicable third parties) in all material respects with all applicable Laws relating to privacy or data security, and reputable industry practice, standards, self-governing rules and policies and their own published, posted and internal agreements and policies (which are in conformance with reputable industry practice) (all of the foregoing collectively, “Privacy Laws”) with respect to: (i) personally identifiable information (including name, address, telephone number, electronic mail address, social security number, bank account number or credit card number), sensitive personal information and any special categories of personal information regulated thereunder or covered thereby (“Personal Information”), whether any of same is accessed or used by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective business partners; and (ii) non-personally identifiable information, whether any of same is accessed or used by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective business partners. (b) Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries uses, collects, or receives any Personal Information or sensitive non-personally identifiable information and does not become aware of the identity or location of, or identify or locate, any particular Person as a result of any receipt of such Personal Information, in a manner which would materially breach or violate any Privacy Laws and materially and adversely impact the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole. (c) To the Company’s knowledge, Persons with which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries have contractual relationships have not breached any agreements or any Privacy Laws pertaining to Personal Information and to non-personally identifiable information. (d) To the Company’s knowledge, the Company and its Subsidiaries take all commercially reasonable steps to protect the operation, confidentiality, integrity and security of their respective business systems and websites and all information and transactions stored or contained therein or transmitted thereby against any unauthorized or improper use, access, transmittal, interruption, modification or corruption, and there have been no material breaches of same. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each of the Company and its Subsidiaries (i) uses industry standard encryption technology and (ii) has implemented a comprehensive security plan that (1) identifies internal and external risks to the security of the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ confidential information and Personal Information and (2) implements, monitors and improves adequate and effective safeguards to control those risks.

  • Dress Code CONTRACTOR shall maintain a dress code for their employee’s with a minimum of shirts, pants, and work shoes/boots, in decent condition, at all times while the work is being performed. In the event the COUNTY determines ID badges are necessary, the COUNTY will provide CONTRACTOR with ID badges and CONTRACTOR agrees to enforce that its employees, whether employed by CONTRACTOR or a subcontractor, wear such ID badge while working on site for the Project/Service.

  • Access and Security Customer shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Customer Data, including the uploading or other provision of Customer Data for Processing by the Hosted Services.
