ADMINISTRATION OF PROJECT. The Project shall be administered by Overland Park, acting by and through its designated representative who shall be the City public official designated as project administrator (“Project Administrator”). The Project Administrator shall assume and perform the following duties: a) Cause the making of all contracts, duly authorized and approved, for retaining consulting engineers to design and estimate the Project costs; b) Ensure that FTA procurement, project management and contract requirements are met in any Overland Park contracts for the design, construction or implementation of Transit Improvements in accordance with FTA Contract Provisions and ensure all necessary FTA required environmental analyses and clearances are completed; c) Manage the acquisition of any real property, together with improvements thereon, located within the corporate boundaries of Overland Park and assist other cities as appropriate with the acquisition of the property within their respective corporate boundaries; ; d) Submit all Transit Improvement bid documents and contracts to the Transportation Director prior to publication and/or execution, together with a statement of estimated Project costs, to ensure consistency with the Project plan and compliance with the FTA approved requirements. Provide assistance to the Transportation Director for reviews and recommendations by the Xxxxxxx County Transportation Council, and approvals by the Board, as directed by the Transportation Director; e) If required by applicable state or federal statutes, solicit bids for the construction of the Project by publication in the official newspaper of Overland Park. In the solicitation of bids, the appropriate combination of best bids shall be determined by Overland Park; f) Cause the making of all contracts and appropriate change orders, duly authorized and approved, for the construction of the Project; g) Require that contractors provide required documentation for Transit Improvements work to be reimbursed by the Board; documentation shall include but not be limited to certified payment applications identifying Transit Improvement work, lien waivers, payroll records (including Xxxxx Bacon requirements) and certifications; h) Submit invoices and other documentation (including but not limited to submittals identified in FTA Contract Provisions and Xxxxx-Xxxxx oversight requirements) to the Transportation Director for review and approval on all Overland Park procurements and services for which rei...
ADMINISTRATION OF PROJECT. The maintenance and operation of the streetlighting systems shall be administered by Overland Park acting by and through its Director of Public Works, who shall be the principal public official designated to administer said public project; in this capacity, Overland Park is empowered to do all things reasonably necessary to cause the maintenance and operation of said systems.
ADMINISTRATION OF PROJECT. The Project described herein shall be constructed and the job administered by Lenexa, acting by and through the Director of Community Development for Lenexa, who shall be the principal public official designated to administer the Project; provided, that the Director of Community Development shall, among her several duties and responsibilities, assume and perform the following: a) Contract for the design and construction of the Project. b) Upon completion of the Project, submit to Overland Park a final accounting of all costs incurred in design and construction of the Project for the purpose of apportioning the same among the parties as provided herein; provided that Overland Park shall within thirty (30) days after receipt of a statement of costs as aforesaid, remit their portion of the costs to Lenexa as herein agreed. c) Ensure that the City of Overland Park, Kansas is named as additional insured on all applicable certificates of insurance issued by their contractor for this Project. d) Require performance and completion bonds for the Project from all contractors and require that all contractors discharge and satisfy any mechanics or materialman’s liens that may be filed. e) Require that all contractors provide a 2 year maintenance bond for the Project. As administrator of the Project, Lenexa will, upon request of Overland Park, make any claim upon the maintenance bond or performance bond and require that the contractor fully perform all obligations under the performance and maintenance bonds, and this obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement and shall be in force and effect for the full term of the performance and maintenance bonds. f) Include in contracts for construction a requirement that contractor(s) defend, indemnify and save Overland Park and Lenexa harmless from and against all liability for damages, costs and expenses arising out of any claim, suit or action for injuries or damages sustained to persons or property by reason of the acts or omissions of the contractor and the performance of his or her contract.

Submit to Leawood on or before the 10th day of each month, or as received, estimates of accrued costs of constructing the public improvement for the month immediately preceding the month the statement of costs is received; provided that Leawood shall within thirty (30) days after receipt of a statement of costs as aforesaid, remit their portion of the accrued costs to Overland Park as herein agreed. C. Upon completion of the public improvement, the Director of Public Works shall submit to Leawood a final accounting of all costs incurred in making the public improvement for the purpose of apportioning the same among the parties as provided herein. D. Leawood shall be named as additional insured on all applicable certificates of insurance issued by the contractor for this project. E. The City of Overland Park shall allocate net costs attributable to the Leawood’s portion in such segments and phases as Leawood requests in order to establish costs attributable to benefit district financing of all or any portion of the improvement.

The Public Works Director or his designee shall review the copy of the plans and specifications for the Project and may, but shall not be obligated to, suggest changes or revisions to the plans and specifications. c. If required by applicable state or federal statutes, solicit bids for the construction of the Project by publication in the official newspaper of the City. In the solicitation of bids, the appropriate combination of best bids shall be determined by the City. d. Cause the making of all contracts and appropriate change orders, duly authorized and approved, for the construction of the Project. e. Submit to the Public Works Director a statement of actual costs and expenses in the form of a payment request, with attached copies of all invoices and supporting materials, on or before the tenth day of each month following the month in which costs and expenses have been paid. The Public Works Director shall review the statement or payment request to determine whether the statement or payment request is properly submitted and documented and, upon concurrence with the Finance Director of Johnson County, Kansas, (“Finance Director”) cause payment to be made to the City of the Board's portion of the Project Costs within thirty (30) days after receipt of such payment request. In the event federal or state agencies require, as a condition to state or federal participation in the Project, that the Board make payment prior to construction or at times other than set forth in this subsection, the Public Works Director and the Finance Director may authorize such payment. f. ADMINISTRATION OF PROJECT. It is acknowledged and agreed that the City shall enter into all contracts relating to the Project Design in its own name and not as the agent of the County. The City agrees to be solely responsible for the administration of all contracts for the Project Design. Any contract disputes shall be resolved by the City at the City's sole cost and expense. The City shall require adequate indemnity covenants and evidence of insurance from engineering service providers for loss or damage to life or property arising out of the engineering service provider's negligent acts or omissions. The required insurance coverage and limits shall be established by the City but shall not, in any event, be less than $1,000,000 professional liability coverage for engineering service providers. The City may, in the exercise of its reasonable judgment, permit any insurance policy required by this agreement to contain a reasonable and customary deductible or co- insurance provision.

(2) Insert, as a special provision of the agreement with the contractor chosen to undertake the Project construction as contemplated by this Agreement, the following paragraphs: The Contractor shall defend, indemnify and save the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas, the City of Overland Park, and the Overland Park Development Corporation harmless from and against all liability for damages, costs, and expenses arising out of any claim, suit, action or otherwise for injuries and/or damages sustained to persons or property by reason of the acts or omissions of the Contractor, his or her sub-contractors, agents or employees in the performance of this agreement. The City of Overland Park, the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas, and the Overland Park Development Corporation shall be named as an additional insured on all policies of insurance issued to the Contractor and required by the terms of his/her agreement with the City.   • Administration of Agreement All approvals referenced in this Agreement must be obtained from the parties' contract administrators or their designees. All notices must be given to the parties' contract administrators respectively. The OAG's contract administrator is Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Chief, Bureau of Advocacy and Grants Management. The Provider’s contract administrator will be provided at the time of execution. The parties will provide each other with written notification of any change in its designated representative for this Agreement. Such changes do not require a formal written amendment to this Agreement.

  • Administration of Plan The Plan is administered by the Committee appointed by the Company’s Board of Directors. The Committee has the authority to construe and interpret the Plan, to make rules of general application relating to the Plan, to amend outstanding awards pursuant to the Plan, and to require of any person receiving an award, at the time of such receipt or lapse of restrictions, the execution of any paper or the making of any representation or the giving of any commitment that the Committee shall, in its discretion, deem necessary or advisable by reason of the securities laws of the United States or any State, or the execution of any paper or the payment of any sum of money in respect of taxes or the undertaking to pay or have paid any such sum that the Committee shall in its discretion, deem necessary by reason of the Internal Revenue Code or any rule or regulation thereunder, or by reason of the tax laws of any State.

  • Administration of Medication CONTRACTOR shall comply with the requirements of California Education Code section 49423 when CONTRACTOR serves a student that is required to take prescription and/or over-the-counter medication during the school day. CONTRACTOR may designate personnel to assist the student with the administration of such medication after the student’s parent(s) provides to CONTRACTOR: (a) a written statement from a physician detailing the type, administration method, amount, and time schedules by which such medication shall be taken; and (b) a written statement from the student’s parent(s) granting CONTRACTOR permission to administer medication(s) as specified in the physician’s statement. CONTRACTOR shall maintain, and provide to LEA upon request, copies of such written statements. CONTRACTOR shall maintain a written log for each student to whom medication is administered. Such written log shall specify the student’s name; the type of medication; the date, time, and amount of each administration; and the name of CONTRACTOR’s employee who administered the medication. CONTRACTOR maintains full responsibility for assuring appropriate staff training in the administration of such medication consistent with physician’s written orders. Any change in medication type, administration method, amount or schedule must be authorized by both a licensed physician and parent.

  • Administration of the Trust (a) The Trustee shall administer the Trust Property for the benefit of the Unitholders. In engaging in such activities, the Trustee shall follow or cause to be followed collection procedures in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement, the Underlying Securities, the Swap Agreement, the indemnification offered by the Depositor pursuant to Section 10.05(b) and the Guarantee. The duties of the Trustee shall be performed in accordance with applicable local, State and Federal law. (b) Subject to Article X, the Trustee is hereby authorized to perform, and from time to time hereafter, shall perform only those acts which are described in the Trust Agreement as obligations of the Trustee. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, the Trustee is hereby specifically authorized to do the following on behalf of the Trust: to issue the Certificates evidencing Units; to execute and deliver and perform its obligations and exercise its rights under the Swap Agreement; to establish and maintain the Unit Account hereunder; to accept delivery of the Underlying Securities and the Swap Agreement; to pledge the assets of the Trust (including the Underlying Securities) to secure the obligations of the Trust including obligations under the Swap Agreement; to sell the Underlying Securities through the Selling Agent in accordance with Section 9.05; to make Permitted Investments pursuant to Section 3.06; to liquidate the Trust pursuant to Article IX and to make distributions pursuant to Article IV. (c) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Trust shall not engage in any business or activities other than receiving the Underlying Securities and any Credit Support or other Trust Property and entering into the Swap Agreement as provided herein, holding the Underlying Securities, the Swap Agreement and any Credit Support (or other Trust Property), issuing Certificates evidencing Units, making Permitted Investments in accordance with Section 3.06 and performing its obligations hereunder and under the Swap Agreement; provided, however, that during its existence the Trust shall not engage in any business or activity which will cause it to be or become an open-end investment company, unit investment trust or face-amount certificate company that is or is required to be registered under Section 8 of the Investment Company Act, or to be or become a closed-end investment company required to be registered, but not registered, under the Investment Company Act. (d) The Trustee shall not sell, assign, pledge or otherwise transfer the Underlying Securities, the Swap Agreement, any Credit Support or other Trust Property, or any interest of the Trust therein, to any Person or Persons, except to a successor trustee as provided in Section 10.07, through the Selling Agent in accordance with Section 9.05, in accordance with Section 10.02(a)(x), as required under any Swap Agreement or as otherwise expressly permitted hereunder. This section shall not be construed to prohibit transfers of the Units. (e) The Trustee shall have the legal power to exercise all of the rights, powers and privileges of holders of the Underlying Securities in which the Units evidence an interest; provided, however, that the exercise of such powers shall be subject to the provisions of this Section 3.02, Article X and the other provisions hereof. However, neither the Trustee (except as specifically provided herein or in the TIA) nor the Depositor shall be under any obligation whatsoever to appear in, prosecute or defend any action, suit or other proceeding in respect of Underlying Securities or Units. (f) Except for actions expressly authorized by the Trust Agreement, the Trustee shall not take actions reasonably likely to (nor fail to take actions, if such failure would be reasonably likely to) (i) impair the interests of the Trust in any Underlying Security, any Credit Support, the Swap Agreement or the Guarantee (or any other Trust Property); (ii) impair the value of any Underlying Security, any Credit Support, the Swap Agreement or the Guarantee (or any other Trust Property); or (iii) alter the classification of a Trust for U.S. federal income tax purposes. (g) Except as expressly provided in the Trust Agreement, the Trustee shall have no power to vary the corpus of the Trust Property including by (i) accepting any substitute obligation or asset for a Underlying Security or any Credit Support, (ii) entering into any amendment or modification of the Swap Agreement or the Underlying Securities, (iii) accepting any substitute guarantee for the Guarantee, (iv) adding any other investment, obligation or security to the Trust Property, (v) withdrawing from the Trust Property any Underlying Securities or Credit Support, (vi) terminating the Swap Agreement except in accordance with its terms or (vii) rejecting or otherwise failing to accept the continuing benefits of the Guarantee.

  • Administration of the Agreement The Agreement shall be administered by the Board of Directors of the Company or its delegate (the “Administrator”). Subject to the provisions of the Agreement, the Administrator shall have full and final authority in its discretion to take any action with respect to the Agreement including, without limitation, the authority to (i) determine all matters relating to the payments; (ii) establish, amend and rescind rules and regulations for the administration of the Agreement; and (iii) construe and interpret the Agreement, to interpret rules and regulations for administering the Agreement and to make all other determinations deemed necessary or advisable for administering the Agreement. Except to the extent otherwise required under Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (“Code”), the Administrator shall have the authority, in its sole discretion, to accelerate the date that any Consultation Payments or Separation Payments which were not otherwise vested or earned shall become vested or earned in whole or in part without any obligation to accelerate such date with respect to any other employee. The Administrator also may in its sole discretion determine that Executive’s rights or payments under the Agreement shall be subject to reduction, cancellation, forfeiture or recoupment due to conduct by Executive that is determined by the Administrator to be detrimental to the business or reputation of the Company, including, without limitation, upon termination of employment for cause; violation of policies of the Company; or breach of non-solicitation, noncompetition, confidentiality or other restrictive covenants that apply to the Executive. In addition to action by meeting in accordance with applicable laws, any action of the Administrator with respect to the Agreement may be taken by a written instrument signed by the Administrator (including, where the Board or a committee serves as the Administrator, by written consent signed by all of the members of the Board, or all of the members of a committee, and any such action so taken by written consent shall be as fully effective as if it had been taken by a majority of the members at a meeting duly held and called). No individual shall be liable while acting as Administrator for any action or determination made in good faith with respect to the Agreement, and any such individual shall be entitled to indemnification and reimbursement in the manner provided in the Company’s certificate of incorporation and bylaws and/or under applicable law.

  • Administration of the Trust Fund The administration of the Fund shall be the responsibility of the Trustees. The Board of Trustees are responsible for the operational and financial sustainability of the Trust, and they shall administer the Fund in accordance with the express powers given to them pursuant to this Trust Agreement and the Plans. The terms of this Trust Agreement and the Plans shall be construed and administered so as to comply with the requirements to be an employee life and health trust under subsection 144.1(2) of the Income Tax Act (Canada). Any term of this Trust Agreement or the Plans that would otherwise be inconsistent with the requirements of such provisions shall be modified to the extent necessary to comply with such requirements.‌

  • Construction Phase - Administration of the Construction Contract INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE 1.1.9.1. The Construction Phase will commence with the award of the Construction Contract to a selected vendor (“Contractor”) and will terminate when final payment is made by the State to the Contractor. In any event, the construction phase will not extend 60 days beyond the substantial completion date unless extended by change order. If such extension occurs, additional costs due to the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall be negotiated with the State. 1.1.9.2. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall work with the State during the construction of the Project to provide the administration of the contract between the State and the Contractor in accordance with the terms herein and consistent with the contract between the State and the Contractor, and the extent of his/her duties and responsibilities and the limitations of his/her authority as assigned therein shall not be modified without his/her written consent. 1.1.9.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall advise and consult with the State, and all of the State's instructions to the Contractor shall be issued through the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER after authorization by the State. 1.1.9.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall, at all times, have access to the work wherever it is in preparation or progress. 1.1.9.5. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall make periodic visits to the Project site, at least biweekly, and shall make such further visits when reasonably requested by the State, as to familiarize himself/herself with the progress and quality of the work performed and as to determine, on the basis of such visits, if such progress and quality are in accordance with the Contract Documents. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall be responsible for project meeting minutes. In addition to this, the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall periodically report his/her findings thereon to the State, at such times as in the exercise of his/her professional judgment such findings are appropriate and at least monthly, at the conference provided for in Section 1.1.9.6, and further at such times as the State may reasonably request. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall not be required to make exhaustive or continuous on-site inspections, except as required in the exercise of his/her professional judgment for said reports and, except in particular, to fulfill the commissioning requirements. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall not be responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the work, and he/she shall not be responsible for the Contractor's failure to carry out the work in accordance with the Contract Documents except as provided for herein specifically between the State and the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER. 1.1.9.6. In preparing the bid documents, to the extent that the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER utilizes sub- consultants for their expertise, such as, but not limited to: Landscape Architects, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers, these consultants, in effect, become an extension of the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER. Where the term ARCHITECT/ENGINEER is used in Section 1.1.9.2 as well as 1.1.9.5, it shall include those sub-consultants when work is being performed in their area of expertise. For example, the Mechanical Engineer would inspect the under slab plumbing before it is backfilled, but then wouldn’t necessarily be needed on site until the rest of the mechanical systems are being installed. The sub-consultant shall also be required to periodically inspect the progress of the “As-builts” and verify that they are up-to-date and verify such to the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER, before the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER issues the certificate of payment for that pay period. 1.1.9.7. Based upon his/her determinations and reports made under Section 1.1.9.5 of this Agreement and upon the Contractor's applications for payment, the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall once every month, after an on-site conference between the State, the Contractor and the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER, determine the amount then owing to the Contractor and shall then issue a certificate of payment for the amount agreed upon. The issuance of a Certificate for Payment shall constitute a representation by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER to the State, based on such ARCHITECT/ENGINEER'S determination and report and the data supplied to him/her by the Contractor (without affecting his/her duties defined in Section 1.1.9.5.), that the work has progressed to the point indicated; that the quality of the work is in accordance with the Contract Documents (subject to the results of any specified subsequent tests required by the Contract Documents, to immaterial and insubstantial deviations from the Contract Documents, which will be corrected prior to completion, and to any further specific qualifications stated in the Certificate for Payment); and that the Contractor is entitled to such payment in the amount certified. Provided, however, the issuance of such certificate will not affect any obligations of the Contractor to the State. By issuing a certificate for payment, the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall not be deemed to represent that he/she has made any examination to ascertain how and for what purpose the Contractor has used the monies paid on account of the contract sum. ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall not accept any part of the work on behalf of the State; ARCHITECT/ENGINEER may only recommend acceptance. Final acceptance is a right reserved solely to the State. 1.1.9.8. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall be, in the first instance, the interpreter of the requirements of all Construction Documents, and shall have all requisite authority relating thereto for the purposes of authorizing the Contractor to proceed or stop with any component of the project after consultation and agreement with the State. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall not be liable to the State for any loss or cost incurred by the State arising from delays in the construction schedule caused by any decision made by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER in the reasonable exercise of professional judgment either to exercise or not to exercise his/her authority to stop the Work. 1.1.9.9. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall review and respond to shop drawings, samples, and other submissions of the Contractor as in conformance with the design concept and information in the Contract Documents and the designs and plans relating to the project until approved or not requiring re-submission. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall also review the submittal log at construction meetings and report to the State, on a monthly basis, their findings thereon. 1.1.9.10. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare all change orders and supporting data for the State's approval. 1.1.9.11. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct inspections to determine the Dates of Substantial Completion and Final Completion and shall receive written guarantees and related documents assembled by the Contractors and shall issue a final certificate of payment in accordance with Section 1.1.9.6. 1.1.9.12. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall be responsible for system commissioning in accordance with the BGS Design Guidelines and as indicated in the BGS Commissioning Guidelines. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall inspect, and document, each and every system to ensure that it complies with design intent, including but not limited to: system installation, system operation, and seasonal changeover. 1.1.9.13. Except in the manner specifically provided for herein, the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall not be responsible to the State for the acts or omissions of the Contractor or any of the Contractor’s agents or employees, or any other person not an employee or agent of the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER performing work on the Project. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall be responsible for and shall pay the amount of any increase in the total Contract Price or the total Change Order(s) Price, which increase results from an error, inconsistency, or omission in the Contract Documents or instructions. 1.1.9.14. ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall furnish to the State, a complete set of marked-up drawings and specifications showing all the changes to the Construction Documents made by Addenda, Change Orders, Shop Drawings, RFIs and other information received from the Clerk; and General Contractor’s As-built markups. The changes to the drawings are to be created on a separate layer in the DWG set and highlighted in a box, cloud or the like in the PDF set. The specifications are also to differentiate the changes made by highlighting in a box, cloud, etc. and be provided in Microsoft Word. These drawings and specifications shall be supplied within three (3) months of the date of Substantial Completion and before final payment. 1.1.9.15. Architect/Engineer (and design team members as required) shall conduct a one-year warranty inspection of the completed construction project between the eleventh and twelfth month from the date of substantial completion and shall issue a list of defective items needing correction to the Contractor.

  • ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTRACT 2.2.1 The Architect will provide administration of the Contract as hereinafter described. 2.2.2 The Architect will be the State's representative during construction and until final payment is due. The Architect will advise and consult with the State. The State's instructions to the Contractor shall be forwarded through the Architect. The Architect will have authority to act on behalf of the State only to the extent provided in the Contract Documents, unless otherwise modified by written instrument in accordance with Subparagraph 2.2.10. 2.2.3 The Architect will visit the site at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction to familiarize himself or herself generally with the progress and quality of the Work and to determine in general if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents. However, the Architect will not be required to make exhaustive or continuous on-site inspections to check the quality or quantity of the Work. On the basis of his or her on-site observations as an architect, he or she will keep the State informed of the progress of the Work, and will endeavor to guard the State against defects and deficiencies in the Work of the Contractor. 2.2.4 The Architect will not be responsible for and will not have control or charge of construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work, and he or she will not be responsible for the Contractor's failure to carry out the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Architect will not be responsible for or have control or charge over the acts or omissions of the Contractor, 2.2.5 The Architect shall at all times have access to the Work wherever it is in preparation and progress. The Contractor shall provide facilities for such access so the Architect may perform his or her functions under the Contract Documents.

  • Administration and Interpretation Any question or dispute regarding the administration or interpretation of the Notice, the Plan or this Agreement shall be submitted by the Grantee or by the Company to the Committee. The resolution of such question or dispute by the Committee shall be final and binding on all persons.

  • Construction Administration Redeveloper shall be responsible for all components of the Redeveloper Improvements constructed by Redeveloper including construction management, coordination of contractors and regulatory permitting and other requirements. Redeveloper and its contractor(s) shall reasonably cooperate with City contractors performing work in the vicinity of the Redevelopment Project Area including, but not limited to, Redeveloper's scheduling of its work to provide for a smooth sequence of operations. The Redeveloper will be solely responsible for payment of all construction costs for the Redeveloper Improvements as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement.
