Advanced Vacation Pay. Upon written request to the agency, no later than three (3) weeks prior to the commencement of a scheduled vacation period, an employee shall receive such earned and accrued pay for vacation time as he/she may request, such payment to be made prior to the commencement of the employee vacation period. Such advances shall be for the period of not less than one (1) pay week.

Advanced Vacation Pay. Checks will be issued for advanced payment of accrued leave provided that a written request is made to the Payroll Department of Municipal Light and Power, or other covered department fourteen (14) days prior to the date payment is required.
