Alcohol and Smoking. Where there are restrictions on drinking alcohol or smoking during the Event arising from national law, Event Host regulations, club or local by-laws, or local custom, the TM must make these restrictions clear to the Players before the Event starts. Players must then abide by the published restrictions.

Alcohol and Smoking. Alcohol is strictly prohibited onsite. All forms of smoking are prohibited inside any of the buildings at Evergreen Brick Works, including the Kiln Building, and the area within a 9 meter radius surrounding any building entrance or exit. Infrastructure and Access Climbing on the kilns, adjoining walls or site infrastructure; or accessing areas that are clearly barred or out of bounds is not permitted. This is a safety requirement for both visitors and the fragile areas of the site. Structures, Décor and Signs Please note that Evergreen does not allow anyone to install any temporary or permanent structure or to post, nail, tape, or tack anything to any of the walls. Evergreen Brick Works has imposed restrictions on signage. If required, the Permit Holder must obtain the necessary approvals from Evergreen. Parking Evergreen has over 350 parking spots available. Please note that the photo permit fee does not include the parking fees and these must be paid separately. Evergreen has a No Idling Policy, please ensure all vehicles are turned off after coming to a complete stop and not turned back on until departure. Vehicles may drop clients off in the central parking lot and must then immediately vacate that parking lot in favor of the East or West Lots onsite. Under no circumstances will the vehicles remain in the Central Lot and action on behalf of Evergreen Brick Works will be taken against them if this is occurring including verbal requests and ticketing. Waste Management Evergreen has a Two-Stream Waste Management System. You will find at your disposition on site two type of bins. The green bin is for food and wet waste and the blue bin is for mixed recyclables (everything that is not food or wet). You are expected to place all garbage in those bins and to not leave any garbage on the floor, tables, etc.

If, in the judgement of the Lessor or the Lessor’s agent, there are violations related to consumption of alcohol, the Lessee will be notified and the Event will be immediately terminated without rebate of any of the Security Deposit. Smoking, including use of e-cigarettes or vaporizers, is strictly prohibited on the Premises. See Appendix 1: List of Fees for applicable “butt” fee”. The City of Paso Xxxxxx also prohibits smoking in all public areas. Should the Lessee, their agents, or guests choose to smoke outside the Premises, provision should be made to safely collect and discard all butts and other evidence of smoking. The Lessee is solely responsible for any fines or violations that may occur as a result of public smoking.

In any form, consumption or use of alcoholic beverages, gambling, illegal drugs, tobacco products and weapons are prohibited within the church or on church property, including corridors, restrooms, outdoor courts and parking lots. Violation of this rule is sufficient ground for a staff member to withdraw immediately any group’s use of the facilities and/or deny use in the future.

BEHAVIOUR - By applying to become a Volunteer, you are agreeing to follow the rules and reasonable requests of behaviour as communicated to you in the Volunteer Handbook and Briefing Notes that will be sent to you in advance of the MoonWalk. For those with certain roles, there will also be a Volunteer Briefing prior to the night. MEDICAL INFORMATION AND LIABILITY - You are responsible for your own medical condition. If you are in doubt about your ability to Volunteer or you have any medical condition that you feel we should be aware of, please contact the Volunteer Team. Please be aware that Action, WTW, the charities benefiting from WTW's grants or any of the sponsors or associated contractors accept any liability for the health of the Volunteer. If you are NOT a UK resident or entitled to receive NHS healthcare services, Action advises that you should have personal insurance that covers you for Volunteering in road walking sporting events. Action does reserve the right to require any person not meeting this criteria to withdraw from Volunteering.
