Annual Assigned Training. (a) Annual assigned training, on shift, shall not exceed eighty (80) hours per year, inclusive of online training. (b) Officers and Officer Development Program candidates, will be assigned up to an additional thirty (30) training hours annually, to a combined maximum of one hundred and ten (110) annual training hours on shift. (c) Members will be provided reasonable time, while on duty, to complete annual assigned training. (d) Any assigned training hours in excess of the respective maximums identified in (a) and (b) above, will be subject to overtime compensation at 1.5x. (e) Successful completion of annual assigned training as set out above, will qualify members, interested in applying for individual career development training consideration, in the following year. (f) All assigned training will be scheduled and monitored by the Deputy Chief Operations / Training.

Annual Assigned Training. All less than 12-month unit members shall be paid for 8.0 hours to complete annual assigned training to be completed at the unit members discretion outside of their regular paid work hours by the District identified due date. Completion by the District identified due date will be paid in the September payroll.

  • Required Training For training that is required by the Agency, manager or supervisor, the Agency shall reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of all related necessary and legitimate expenses, including but not limited to tuition, books, travel expenses, travel time, and attendance time. When practical, the Agency will attempt to adjust the employee’s hours if the approved training activity is scheduled during the employee’s normal work hours.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.
