Architecture Design Services. Term: Unless terminated earlier as set forth in this Agreement, the services shall commence on April 1, 2024 (“Commencement Date”) and shall continue through June 30, 2027, with an option for an extension until June 30, 2029, upon mutual agreement of the parties (or later to allow for completion of the project).

Architecture Design Services. The scope of work includes architecture and facilities engineering design services for new construction and/or rehabilitation of public facilities and/or publicly funded facilities. Consultant shall provide all related services including but not limited to the following: • Architectural design for new public buildings, public parks, playground equipment and shade structures • Architectural design for renovation and/or expansion of existing public buildings • Architectural design for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades • Certified Access Specialist (CASp) Inspections • Heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and environmental management system design • Electrical, plumbing, and miscellaneous mechanical system design including alternative energy systems (e.g. solar water heating, solar photovoltaics, wind, etc.) • 3D Modeling and simulations • Civil improvement (sewer, water, drainage, and grading) design • Seismic studies and building envelope evaluations Consultant must have a demonstrated ability to: • Design and prepare conceptual and master plans • Prepare schematic design through construction-level design documentsSubmit to and receive approval from authority having jurisdiction of construction documents • Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates • Prepare specifications and other bid documentsPublic outreach/community engagement • Conduct community design charrettes • Conduct and document pre-bid and construction meetings • Provide construction support • Review and answer RFI’s and submittals • Prepare record drawings and close out approvals/authorization • Prepare reports and give presentations to various public bodies, including City Council A record of community involvement and consensus building in the design process is essential. Consultant shall have knowledge of relevant building codes including but not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Consultant shall proactively identify and address all code required ADA improvements for each construction project. Consultant shall have the ability to provide LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) services. Consultant shall have a thorough knowledge of green building principles, particularly those for the USGBC Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEEDTM) rating system.   • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Construction Services 4,500 thousand SDR for Japan Post in Group A 15,000 thousand SDR for all other entities in Group A 4,500 thousand SDR for entities in Group B Architectural, engineering and other technical services covered by this Agreement: 450 thousand SDR

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB.   • Maintenance and Support Services If this Agreement is for IT goods or services, this section applies: Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement: The Contractor shall promptly provide the Court with all Upgrades, including without limitation: (i) all Upgrades generally made available by Contractor to its other customers; (ii) Upgrades as necessary so that the Work complies with the Specifications and Applicable Law (including changes in Applicable Law); (iii) Upgrades as necessary so that the Work operates under new versions or releases of the Court’s operating system or database platform; and (iv) all on-site services necessary for installation of Upgrades. Without limiting any other obligation of Contractor under this Agreement, Contractor represents and warrants that it will maintain services, equipment, software or any other part of the Work so that they operate in accordance with their Specifications and Documentation; and The Contractor shall respond to the Court within four (4) hours after the Court reports a Technical Support Incident (such hours all occurring during Standard M&S Hours) to Contractor. DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE, AND PAYMENT Delivery. Contractor shall deliver to the Court the Deliverables in accordance with this Agreement, including the Statement of Work. Unless otherwise specified by this Agreement, Contractor will deliver all goods purchased by the Court “Free on Board Destination Freight Prepaid” to the Court at the address and location specified by the Court. Title to all goods purchased by the Court vests in the Court upon payment of the applicable purchase price. Contractor will bear the risk of loss for any Work being delivered until received by the Court at the proper location. All shipments by Contractor or its Subcontractors must include packing sheets identifying: this Agreement number, the Court’s purchase order number, item number, quantity and unit of measure, part number and description of the goods shipped, and appropriate evidence of inspection, if required. Goods for different Agreements shall be listed on separate packing sheets.
