ARTICLE VACATION LEAVE. Vacation Leave Employees shall be paid of gross wages as vacation pay. The Employer shall pay the employee the of the employee’s previous year’s annual gross wages on the pay in January of each year. Effective April employees with more than eight (8) years of service shall be paid six percent (6%) of gross wages as vacation pay. The Employer shall pay the employee the six percent (6%) of the employee’s previous year’s annual gross wages on the first pay in January of each year.
