Association Cooperation. Employees are encouraged to notify the Employer at the earliest practical time if they do not intend to renew their contracts or assignment for the next school year.

The Employer agrees that there shall be no lockouts of employees as a method of dispute resolution.
Association Cooperation. The Association shall at all times cooperate with the Employer in continuing operations in a normal manner and shall actively discourage and attempt to prevent any violation of the "no-strike" clause. In the event of a violation of the "no-strike" clause, the Association shall promptly notify all employees in a reasonable manner that the strike, work stoppage or slowdown, or other unlawful interference with normal operations of the Employer is in violation of the Agreement, unlawful and not sanctioned or approved of by the Association. The Association shall advise the employees to return to work immediately.

The Association agrees to cooperate with the Employer in order to discourage plan coverage which will result in the shifting of coverage cost from another employer or double coverage with no reasonable benefit to the teacher. Failure of employees to complete all change forms is the employees’ responsibility and subject to reimbursement if the employer must incur extra costs due to this failure. It is the sole responsibility of the administration to provide all forms and instructions for the completion of said forms to all employees. The employer will give each employee a plan verification form no later than September 20th.
