ASSOCIATION LEAVE WITH PAY. Association representatives shall be allowed time away from their duty stations without loss of pay when required and authorized by the District for the specific purposes of meeting with District representatives concerning administration of this contract and adjusting grievances under the procedure defined herein.

ASSOCIATION LEAVE WITH PAY. The City shall allow employees of the Garden Grove Police Association to donate compensatory time from their Compensatory Time Bank (MOU) (Article IV, Section 3) to create an Association leave bank with pay of up to a cumulative total of 300 hours of leave annually in order for Association members to attend Association functions or meetings. Employee may donate hours from their own compensatory time bank (MOU) to this Association bank each January. Any request for time off must be approved in advance by the department. Time spent by employees who are on duty attending meetings with the Administration of the Police Department shall not be charged against the 300 hours.
ASSOCIATION LEAVE WITH PAY. The City shall allow members of the Association Board a cumulative total of twenty- five (25) hours leave with pay each calendar year in order for Association Board members to attend related functions or meetings. The Association President shall request approval in advance from the department director or his designee to use this leave.

  • Leave With Pay Compassionate leave of absence with pay shall be granted for three (3) work days. Up to two (2) additional days with pay shall be granted for travelling time when this is warranted in the judgement of the Employer.

  • Disability Leave with Pay (A) An employee who sustains a job-related disability and is eligible for disability leave with pay under the provisions of Rule 60L-34, Florida Administrative Code, shall be carried in full-pay status for up to 40 work hours immediately following the onset of the injury without being required to use accrued leave.
