Bargaining Unit Privileges. 1. The Superintendent shall authorize a combined total of three (3) days per year to one member of OAPSE to attend their annual convention. Those three (3) days will be counted as professional days for the employee. 2. OAPSE shall have the following rights in addition to THE rights contained in any other portion of this agreement: A. To use the facilities of any building for meetings, without fee, upon notification of the administrator in charge of such building. Permission to use such facilities shall be given as long as it does not interfere with any previously authorized activity in said building. The Union shall be responsible for any additional custodial cost involved in the use of the building (i.e., cleanup, overtime). B. To use Board owned equipment including computers, calculators, copy machines/duplicating equipment, public address equipment, and audio- visual equipment at times that do not interfere with the operation of the school system is requested in advance. Appropriate administrators shall be notified prior to the use of Board owned equipment. Any expendable supplies such as paper and envelopes will be supplied by the Union. 3. The union shall provide the employer or his designated representative, an official roster of its officers and representatives and members, which is to be kept current at all times by the union and to include the following: A. Name, address and telephone number. B. Division and immediate supervisor.

Bargaining Unit Privileges. A representative of the Association will be free to attend Xxxxxxxx Teacher Association Meetings with the provision that if that representative is a bus driver, then such attendance can take place only upon completion of his or her bus duties.

The Union may request a meeting to make representations on this matter.

  • SINGLE BARGAINING UNIT The parties to this Agreement, along with all those employees whose employment is governed by this Agreement, constitute a single bargaining unit for the purposes of negotiating and implementing the terms of this Agreement. The form and operation of this single bargaining unit will be subject to this Agreement.

  • Performance of Bargaining Unit Work No person whose regular job is not in the bargaining unit will work on any job for which rates are established by this Agreement, except for the purposes of instruction, experimentation, or management training, in which case trainees shall not displace or replace any employee in the aforesaid classifications except in cases of emergency when regular employees are not available.
