Benefits; Expense Reimbursement. 2.2.1 The Employee shall be entitled to, and shall receive, all benefits of employment as listed on Schedule A.
2.2.2 During the term hereof, the Company shall reimburse Employee for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by Employee in the performance of his duties hereunder, including without limitation, travel, meals, lodging, office supplies or equipment subject to such reasonable limitations, restrictions and reporting standards as the Employee’s supervisor or the Company may from time to time establish. Employee shall provide to the Company promptly after incurring any such expenses a detailed report thereof and such information relating thereto as the Company shall from time to time require. Such information shall be sufficient to support the deductibility of all such expenses by the Company for federal income tax purposes.
Benefits; Expense Reimbursement. During his employment with Employer, ------------------------------- Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee benefit plans and other programs, in accordance with the terms of such plans and programs and shall receive such other benefits, as Employer may make generally available to its senior executive officers; provided, however, that Employer shall not be -------- ------- required to offer Executive any benefits that are made available to current or future senior executive officers on an individual basis and that are not made generally available to its other senior executive officers. Employer retains the right to cancel, alter or amend any of its employee benefit plans and other fringe benefit arrangements without notice to the extent permitted by such plans or arrangements. Employer shall reimburse Executive for reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the performance of his duties and obligations and that are consistent with Employer's policies and procedures.
Benefits; Expense Reimbursement. (a) During the Term, Employee shall participate in any group life, accident, sickness and hospitalization insurance, and any other employee benefit plans of the Company in effect during the Term and generally available to the Company’s senior executive officers. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, during the Term, the Company will provide Employee at its expense with a life insurance policy with a death benefit equal to three (3) times Employee’s Annual Salary, the beneficiary to be named by Employee. Employee shall have the right to reimbursement, upon proper accounting, of reasonable expenses and disbursements incurred by Employee in the course of Employee’s duties hereunder. In addition, during each calendar year of the Term, Employee shall be entitled to no less than five (5) weeks of paid home-leave vacation. In connection with such home-leave vacation the Company shall reimburse Employee for round-trip economy-class air fare for Employee and Employee’s spouse from Beijing to Employee’s home in the United States. In addition, during the Term, Employee shall be entitled to the use of a Company-owned automobile or an allowance to reimburse Employee for Employee’s costs associated with the use of a personal automobile. During the Term Employee shall also be provided a housing allowance of five thousand dollars ($5,000) per month in connection with Employee’s residence outside the United States. Payment or reimbursement of each of the business expenses, air fare, automobile, and housing benefits provided for in this paragraph with respect to any calendar year shall not affect the amount of benefits payable or expenses eligible for reimbursement in any other calendar year, and such benefits and reimbursements may not be exchanged for cash or another benefit. Payment of the housing allowance and reimbursement for any of the expenses referred to in this paragraph shall be made no later than the March 15 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which such expense is incurred.
(b) Employee acknowledges that some or all of these benefits may be deemed compensation to Employee and that the Company may withhold from any amounts payable to Employee all federal, state, local and/or other taxes and amounts as shall be required pursuant to law, rule or regulation.
Benefits; Expense Reimbursement. You will be entitled to employee benefits and perquisites on terms that are no less favorable than those provided to other senior executives of the Company, as in effect from time to time. The Company will reimburse your reasonable and documented business expenses in accordance with the Company’s business reimbursement policy applicable to other senior executives of the Company.
Benefits; Expense Reimbursement. During the Term, Xxxxxx shall be eligible to participate in any group insurance, accident, sickness and hospitalization insurance, and any other employee benefit plans of the Company in effect during the Term and available to the Company’s executive officers, and Xxxxxx shall have the right to reimbursement, upon proper accounting, of reasonable expenses and disbursements incurred by him in the course of his duties hereunder. In addition, during each year of the Term, Xxxxxx shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of paid vacation.
Benefits; Expense Reimbursement. You will be invited to participate in all incentive, welfare, fringe, retirement and other employee benefit plans and arrangements maintained by the Employer or its affiliates for Monday's similarly situated partners. The Employer and such affiliates reserve the right to establish, terminate, amend, substitute, suspend or otherwise modify any such plan or arrangement, subject to any contractual rights accrued by you and subject to the requirements of any applicable law. In addition, the Employer will reimburse you for appropriately documented, reasonable expenses you incur in connection with and while working on Employer business, in accordance with its normal business expense reimbursement policies then in effect.
Benefits; Expense Reimbursement. (a) You will be eligible to participate in all employee benefit plans made available by the Company from time to time to employees or executives generally, subject to plan terms, generally applicable Company policies, and applicable law, not including any plan that provides benefits that are duplicative of benefits provided you under this Agreement (e.g., severance pay). You will also earn and use four (4) weeks of vacation per year in accordance with Company policies as in effect from time to time.
(b) You shall have the right to reimbursement, upon proper documentation, of reasonable expenses and disbursements incurred by you in the course of the performance of your duties under this Agreement in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures for the reimbursement of such expenses, as in effect from time to time. Any such reimbursements shall be made or provided in accordance with Section 409A of the Code, including but not limited to, the following provisions (i) the amount of any expense reimbursement or in-kind benefit provided during a taxable year shall not affect any expenses eligible for reimbursement in any other taxable year; (ii) the reimbursement of the eligible expense shall be made no later than the last day of the your taxable year that immediately follows the taxable year in which the expense was incurred; and (iii) the right to any reimbursement shall not be subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit or payment.

In addition, during each year of the Term, Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation of such duration and at such times as does not, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, interfere with Employee’s performance or Employee’s duties hereunder. In addition, in each year Employee shall be paid an amount equal to the Compensation Committee’s reasonably approved allowance for tuition costs paid by Employee for Employee’s minor children, if any, who attend primary or secondary schools. Employee shall be entitled to the use of a Company-owned automobile or an allowance to reimburse Employee for Employee’s costs associated with the use of a personal automobile. The Company may pay to Employee a housing or other allowance or allowances as reasonably determined from time to time by the Compensation Committee. Employee acknowledges that some or all of these benefits may be deemed compensation to Employee and that the Company may withhold from any benefits payable to Employee all federal, state, local and/or other taxes and amounts as shall be required pursuant to law, rule or regulation.
Benefits; Expense Reimbursement. (a) You will be eligible to participate in such benefits programs as the Company shall maintain from time to time in accordance with the terms of such plans to the same extent as, and subject to the same terms, conditions and limitations applicable to, other employees of the Company of similar rank and tenure.
(b) In accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, you will be entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable and properly documented expenses incurred by you in the performance of your duties that are approved by the Company.
Benefits; Expense Reimbursement. 2.2.1 The Executive shall be entitled to, and shall receive, all other benefits of employment available to other executives of the Company generally, including, without limitation, participation in any hospital, surgical, medical or other group health plans or accident benefits, life insurance benefits, pension or profit-sharing plans, bonus plans or vacation plans as shall be instituted by the Company, in its sole discretion.
2.2.2 During the term hereof, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of his duties hereunder, including without limitation, travel, meals, lodging, office supplies or equipment subject to such reasonable limitations, restrictions and reporting standards as the Board of Directors of the Company may from time to time establish. Executive shall provide to the Company promptly after incurring any such expenses a detailed report thereof and such information relating thereto as the Company shall from time to time require. Such information shall be sufficient to support the deductibility of all such expenses by the Company for federal income tax purposes.
2.2.3 The Company shall provide to Executive the use of an automobile.
