Bi-weekly Overtime. Overtime at the rate of time and one half (1 1/2) the employee's regular hourly rate shall be paid for all time worked in excess of eighty (80) hours in a two week pay period. For the purpose of this Article all time paid shall be considered time worked.

Bi-weekly Overtime. Where a part-time employee is scheduled to work twelve hour shifts that employee shall be eligible to receive overtime after the completion of eighty-four (84) hours in the bi-weekly pay period. N.B. Where a regular part-time or part-time term employee is temporarily appointed to a full-time position on a regular shift he shall be eligible for overtime in accordance with that regular shift schedule, i.e. consistent with overtime payment to regular full-time employees. Part-time employees in the Department of Justice - Corrections Division are eligible for overtime only after (8) hours worked, unless the employee has been scheduled to work a shift which exceeds (8) hours.

  • Weekly Overtime An Employee required to work in excess of forty (40) hours per week shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) for the first eight (8) hours of work in excess of the forty (40) hours and double time thereafter.

  • Daily Overtime All employees shall be paid the applicable overtime rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) for all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day.

  • Holiday Overtime An employee required to work on any of the above-named holidays will be paid holiday pay plus payment for the number of hours worked at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) his regular straight time rate of pay.

  • Overtime Computation Computation of overtime will be rounded upward to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour.

  • Payment of Overtime 5.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this sub-clause, all work performed outside of the ordinary hours of any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, will be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first 2 hours and double time thereafter. Casual Employees will be entitled to the appropriate all- purpose penalty rates and their 25% casual loading as identified in clause 2.1.2.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Planned Overtime In making planned overtime assignments the Employer shall first assign overtime on an equal opportunity basis according to each section’s procedure (Schedule E), as agreed to by the parties. Such overtime shall be assigned to employees who are actively on the payroll and who have indicated their willingness to accept overtime assignments according to section procedures and who are:

  • Calculation of Overtime If the overtime work has been carried out before as well as after the regular working hours during a certain day, the overtime periods shall be added together. Only full half hours are included in the calculation.

  • Scheduled Overtime Scheduled overtime is overtime which is assigned by the end of the employee's last worked shift prior to the overtime assignment and which does not immediately precede or immediately follow a scheduled work shift. Unless notified otherwise in advance of the scheduled starting time of the scheduled overtime assignment, any employee who is scheduled to report for work and who reports as scheduled shall be assigned at least two (2) hours work. If work is not available, the employee may be excused from duty and paid for two (2) hours at the employee's appropriate rate. If the employee begins work but is excused from duty before completing two (2) hours of work, the employee shall be paid for two (2) hours at the employee's appropriate rate.
