Body Cameras. Subject to the provisions of this paragraph, the Department will not use body camera recordings to initiate an individualized investigation without consent of the Chief. However, if the Department initiates an investigation as a result of information other than a body camera recording, the Department may use body camera recordings in such investigation. There will be no restrictions on the use of body camera recordings for criminal investigations. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Department from conducting a compliance review of use of body cameras and commencing an investigation as a result of that review using body camera recordings as specified in Section 9(C), Compliance Reviews, GO 674 with an effective date of February 22, 2017. This subsection shall not alter GO 674 as it is stated on the date of this Agreement or affect the right of the City to change such GO during the term of the CBA.

Body Cameras. The University and the Union agree that the use of police body-worn cameras provide a level of transparency and accountability to gain the trust of the citizens we serve. Body-worn cameras will provide opportunities for coaching which will improve the service we provide our community. They will not be used to unfairly target individuals. As such, the University agrees to provide police body-worn cameras.
Body Cameras. Members shall be pe1mitted to access video footage captured by their body cameras before they are required to give a criminal statement.
Body Cameras. The City and the Union agree to abide by the provisions of Illinois law regarding the use of body-worn cameras and body-worn camera footage. The parties agree that for purposes of Section 20(a)(9)(A) of the Law enforcement Officer-worn Camera Act, 50 ILCS 706/10-20(a)(9)(A), the City cannot initiate a complaint solely based upon body-worn camera footage. The Union agrees, the City must review body- worn camera footage in order to conduct routine audits of body-worn camera footage and this statutory provision does not prohibit an Officer from being subject to an action that does not amount to discipline. An Officer shall be allowed to view, or access recorded, stored, or duplicated recordings created by the Officer unless prohibited by Illinois law. A log of views of all recordings will be maintained within the camera system. Upon request, the Union shall have access to the log or a recording that involves a case resulting in a disciplinary action.
Body Cameras. The City anticipates purchasing body cameras for all Police Officers in 2021. Information and data from cameras will be released as permitted by applicable state and federal law when requested as pertaining to safety planning, when needed to operate a safe school, and for law enforcement purposes.
Body Cameras. Body camera procedures shall be conducted as provided in the Department General Orders, as those General Orders are written on the date this Agreement is executed.

Body Cameras. The parties agree to continue the current Body Camera pilot program operated by the Department from the date of the execution of this agreement through July 1, 2017 as it applies to Bargaining Unit Members, unless the program is otherwise discontinued by the Chief. The parties further agree that there will be no expansion of the use or deployment of body cameras or similar technologies during such period without notification to the Association and the Association being given the opportunity to meet and confer on the considered expansion or use. Upon the conclusion of the Body Camera pilot program, if the Employer wants to continue to use body cameras or other similar technologies, the parties will meet and confer about the use or deployment of body cameras by Bargaining Unit Members. Nothing contained herein shall supersede or prevent any Court order or the Employer from entering in to a consent decree with the Department of Justice regarding the use of body cameras or similar technologies, and this Section shall be nullified to the extent that it is contradictory to such order or decree.

  • Body Armor In recognition of the need to enhance the personal safety of security personnel at DHMH and Correctional Facilities, the parties agree that non-probationary security personnel who have contact with forensic patients and/or inmates should generally have the opportunity to have individually fitted stab proof vests and, in addition, individually fitted bullet proof vests will be provided to officers on an “as-needed” basis. The sharing of vests shall not be considered an acceptable practice and vests may transferred from employee to employee only if such vests are a proper fit and are appropriately sanitized in accordance with practices necessary to eliminate the risk of the spread of MRSA and other communicable diseases. The parties agree to meet and agree to policies, including any limitations or exclusions, for the provision of stab proof vests to correctional officers and security attendants by January 31, 2008.   • Television Equipment Recycling If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Playground ~ The playground is primarily for the use of children under the age of twelve (12). Any child caught throwing rocks, vandalizing, or hitting or teasing other children will be asked to leave the playground. An adult or appropriate baby-sitter must accompany all children under the age of six (6) years old. Garbage ~ The storage, collection and disposal of refuse and garbage in the recreational camping areas shall be conducted as to create no health hazards, rodent harborage, insect breeding areas, accident or fire hazards, or air pollution. Bag all food garbage in plastic and tie shut before placing in the dumpster, to prevent odor and rodents which are drawn to the garbage area, such as skunks, raccoons etc. Dumpster is for normal daily household garbage, no large boxes, building supplies, carpets etc. Camper is to dispose of this type of garbage elsewhere. Garbage may be placed in dumpsters only. If a dumpster is full, do not place garbage on or around the dumpster, find an empty dumpster to place your garbage into. Bags of garbage may not be set outside your camper for any reason. Disposal or deposit of hazardous or toxic waste is prohibited. No gas, oil, batteries, or car fluids may be deposited into the dumpsters or around the dumpsters. Hazardous materials will not be disposed of by the garbage service. Disposal or deposit of furniture, barbeque grills, washer, dryers, and other large household items are NOT permitted on, in or around the dumpsters. Holding Tanks ~ There is no size restriction on holding tanks, however, they must be opaque XX xxxx/black water approved tanks. The on-site dump station may be used to empty tanks that hold 50 gallons or less. For tanks over 50 gallons Camper must contract with a pumping service to pump and remove tank contents from campground. No dumping of xxxx water onto the ground. Docks ~ Campground does NOT have a lifeguard on duty. The docks are privately owned. In order to be on someone's dock you must receive permission from the dock owner. An adult must accompany all children on the docks after dark. Life jackets are required for young children fishing off docks. Running, diving, and/or horseplay are not allowed on the docks. All debris and toys must be removed from the docks, beach and marina area. Inappropriate behavior, intoxication or shouting on docks is not allowed. Glass is not allowed on the beach area. Jet skies, wave runners, etc. are not permitted in the marina area. Tires cannot be left in the marina area under boats or tied onto docks. Fish House ~ Clean up fish cleaning facility when done with your fish cleaning and bag all fish remains. Fish cleaning house must be kept clean and all fish waste must be put into plastic bags and deposited into dumpster and cover on dumpster closed. No dumping of fish wastes into marina or dog waste stations! Swimming Pool ~ Campers are required to abide by all rules posted in and around the pool area.

  • Food and Beverages No food or beverage may be brought onto the Ship without City Cruises’ prior authorization, granted in City Cruises’ sole discretion. No food or beverage may be removed from the Ship.
