Bonus Vacation. Each Full-Time Employee shall be entitled to a 1-shot 3 week bonus vacation following completion of each 5 years of continuous service. Full-time Employees may bank unused bonus vacation for a maximum of 5 years, or until their next bonus vacation credit is received. Unused bonus vacation will be paid out on the last pay period prior to the Employee receiving their next bonus vacation credit. At December 31st, 2012, Employees with bonus vacation hours accrued in excess of three weeks will be grandfathered at those levels.
Bonus Vacation.
(a) Full-time employees shall receive an additional bonus week of paid vacation leave in the year in which their 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th and 45th anniversary of continuous service falls. Part-time employees shall receive an additional two percent vacation pay in the year in which their 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th and 45th anniversary of continuous service falls. Notwithstanding Article 18.6, employees may schedule their bonus week of vacation in their anniversary year or the year following.
(b) One week's bonus vacation pay shall be equal to one week's basic straight-time pay of the employee's regular position at the time the vacation is taken.
Bonus Vacation. Employees considered as 42-hour week employees shall earn 1.939 hours bonus vacation for any pay period in which the employee has not used sick leave, providing the beginning balance of sick leave is 630 or more.
Bonus Vacation. Bonus Vacation. A unit member shall be granted bonus vacation on the commencement of:
1. their sixty-first (61st) month of continuous employment in a bargaining unit position, a bonus of forty (40) hours of vacation shall be added to his/her account;
2. their one hundred eighty-first (181st) month of continuous employment in a bargaining unit position, a bonus of forty (40) hours of vacation shall be added to his/her account.
Bonus Vacation. (a) Employees with five (5) or more years of service will receive an additional three (3) weeks bonus vacation with pay at two percent (2%) per week of his gross earnings for the previous year. Bonus vacation can be taken in single day allotments with the understanding that pay for such single days will be calculated in the same fashion as pay for a paid floater holiday. At the end of each calendar year of the Collective Agreement, a reconciliation will be completed based on the previous calendar year’s actual earnings and single bonus vacation days taken. Any monies owed to the employee will be paid on the first pay period following December 31st.
(b) For each five (5) year period, the employee will receive an additional three (3) week bonus vacation with pay at two percent (2%) per week of his gross earnings for that previous year.
(c) All bonus vacations will be taken prior to the next five (5) year anniversary.
Bonus Vacation. Commencing 1998 full-time employees shall receive one (1) extra bonus vacation day per calendar year. Part-time employees are entitled to one (1) extra bonus vacation day on a prorated basis based on hours worked.
Bonus Vacation. Employees eligible under the provisions of this section shall be eligible for additional work units of vacation leave, without deduction of pay, based upon their accumulated sick leave as follows:
Bonus Vacation. A regular Employee who has completed twenty-five (25) years shall, after the Employee’s anniversary date, be entitled to one week’s additional paid leave, on a one-time basis. The Employee will be paid for all regularly scheduled shifts which would occur during the pre-approved calendar week leave of absence.
Bonus Vacation. Full-time employees shall receive an additional bonus week of paid vacation leave in the year in which their 10th , 15th , 20th , 25th , 30th , 35th , 40th and 45th anniversary of continuous service falls. Part-time employees shall receive an additional two percent (2%) vacation pay in the year in which their 10th , 15th , 20th , 25th , 30th , 35th , 40th and 45th anniversary of continuous service falls. Notwithstanding Clause 14.7, employees may schedule their bonus week of vacation in their anniversary year or the year following.
