At a minimum, the school calendar shall include ALL non-service days for the school year, including: • Holidays/school closures • Field trip days • Days when Meals will not be served or meal participation will be less than 50% of the amounts specified above (include minimum days, testing days, etc., as appropriate).

To maximize the rent potential to the City while also maximizing the number of events on the calendar, there will be a designated Venue representative identified to the City and third parties who focuses on encouraging third-party promoters and the most diverse music and entertainment line-up possible each year, including a focus on a mix of ethnic genre diversity to match the ethnic mix of Orange County and Irvine. The following steps are the industry-standard process:
