CHANGE OF SCHEDULE NOTICE. The scheduled hours of employees will not be changed without at least 24 hours prior notice. This will not be used to circumvent the use of overtime. The Company will keep posted in a conspicuous place the various work schedules of each garage. Such schedules will show the hour work begins, the period of relief for lunch, the quitting time and work days. Said lunch period will not commence before the beginning of the fourth hour and will be completed by the beginning of the sixth hour, from the beginning of the shift. If an employee’s shift schedule is changed more than one hour, except for training purposes, the employee may exercise his/her rights to displace a junior employee or remain on the shift.
