Check-out Inspection a. On or before the day of departure the room must be returned to its original condition and presentation. The House Manager or the Provider’s representative will inspect the spaces occupied by the Guest on the day the Guest vacates. The spaces must be sufficiently clean and tidy, including: all rubbish removed, the floor of the room vacuumed, all furniture in the room dusted, underneath of beds cleaned, wardrobe and cupboard spaces cleaned and emptied, fridge and bathroom space cleaned and emptied, corridor storage cleaned and emptied and bed linen must be washed and left on the bed.
Check-out Inspection. The Landlord, within 10 days of receipt of notice of the Tenant's intent to vacate the Premises, shall make a reasonable effort to advise the Tenant of the time and date of the check out inspection, which should be made within 72 hours of termination of occupancy. Tenant has the right to be present at the Landlord's inspection of the premises; however, failure to appear for the inspection will imply that Tenant has waived such right. The inspection will be made to determine what portion of the Security Deposit will be returned to the Tenant and whether the Tenant may be liable for damages exceeding the amount of the Security Deposit. Prior to this inspection, the Tenant shall:
Check-out Inspection. Tenant shall provide written request for a check out inspection to Agent/Landlord no later than Ten (10) days prior to Tenant’s intended check out date. Agent/Landlord shall have the sole discretion in determining the time of the check-out inspection. The Tenant has the right to be present. Agent/Landlord shall make a reasonable effort to advise Tenant of the time and date if the check-out inspection, which inspection shall be made within seventy two (72) hours, weather permitting of termination of occupancy or tenancy, whichever occurs last. The inspection will be made to determine if there are any damages not considered fair wear and tear. More than one inspection may be necessary before all damages can be assessed. Prior to the inspection the Tenant shall:
Check-out Inspection. Under the VRLTA, Resident has a right to be present at the time of the check-out inspection. Resident must make a written request to Landlord to be present at such inspection and Landlord will notify Resident of inspection time which must occur within seventy-two (72) hours of the termination of the tenancy. If Resident fails to make a request or fails to schedule an inspection, Landlord will proceed with the check-out inspection without Resident's presence.
Check-out Inspection. Under the VRLTA, the Landlord must make reasonable efforts to provide Tenant(s) with notice of a right to be present at the time of the check-out inspection. Landlord will include in the vacating notice sufficient language to inform Tenant(s) of this right to be present. Tenant(s) must make a written request to Landlord to be present at such an inspection, and Landlord will notify Tenant(s) of the inspection times which must occur within 72 hours of the termination of the tenancy. If Tenant(s) fail to make such a request, or fail to schedule such an inspection, Landlord will proceed to do the check-out inspection without Tenant(s) being present. Tenant(s), upon vacancy at lease expiration, agrees to leave the Dwelling Unit reasonably clean. Reasonably clean means: The Dwelling Unit is left free and clear of all debris; all floors swept, mopped, waxed; closets cleaned out; all window and window xxxxx washed clean; all woodwork and trim should be washed clean; refrigerator defrosted and washed out; stove completely cleaned inside and out, including drip pans under burners; all kitchen cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and outside; bathroom toilet, tub, sink and floor thoroughly cleaned; and all nail holes are to be filled with DAP spackle compound and sanded back to a smooth finish.

Check-out Inspection. Under the VRLTA, Tenant(s) have a right to be present at the time of the check-out inspection. Tenant(s) must make a written request to Landlord to be present at such an inspection, and Landlord will notify Tenant(s) of the inspection time which must occur within 72 hours of the termination of the tenancy. If Tenant(s) fail to make such a request, or fail to schedule such an inspection, Landlord will proceed to do the check-out inspection without Tenant(s) being present.
Check-out Inspection. YNHA shall inspect the unit at the time the Tenant vacates (see Article XIII).
Check-out Inspection. Landlord and Tenant may schedule an inspection of the premises to be held within seventy-two (72) hours from the time the Tenant vacates the premises at the expiration of the lease. At least 10 days prior to vacating the premises Tenant must request, in writing, to be present at the time of the check-out inspection, and Landlord will make reasonable efforts to notify Tenant of the date and time of the inspection within 72 hours of the termination of the tenancy. If the Tenant fails to make such a request, or fails to schedule an inspection, Landlord shall conduct the check-out inspection without Tenant being present.
Check-out Inspection. YNHA shall inspect the unit at the time the Tenant vacates in order to furnish Tenant with a statement of the refund or charges to be made against the security deposit.
