Check-out Inspection a. On or before the day of departure the room must be returned to its original condition and presentation. The House Manager or the Provider’s representative will inspect the spaces occupied by the Guest on the day the Guest vacates. The spaces must be sufficiently clean and tidy, including: all rubbish removed, the floor of the room vacuumed, all furniture in the room dusted, underneath of beds cleaned, wardrobe and cupboard spaces cleaned and emptied, fridge and bathroom space cleaned and emptied, corridor storage cleaned and emptied and bed linen must be washed and left on the bed.

Check-out Inspection. The Landlord, within 10 days of receipt of notice of the Tenant's intent to vacate the Premises, shall make a reasonable effort to advise the Tenant of the time and date of the check out inspection, which should be made within 72 hours of termination of occupancy. Tenant has the right to be present at the Landlord's inspection of the premises; however, failure to appear for the inspection will imply that Tenant has waived such right. The inspection will be made to determine what portion of the Security Deposit will be returned to the Tenant and whether the Tenant may be liable for damages exceeding the amount of the Security Deposit. Prior to this inspection, the Tenant shall:

Tenant(s), upon vacancy at lease expiration, agrees to leave the Dwelling Unit reasonably clean. Reasonably clean means: The Dwelling Unit is left free and clear of all debris; all floors swept, mopped, waxed; closets cleaned out; all window and window xxxxx washed clean; all woodwork and trim should be washed clean; refrigerator defrosted and washed out; stove completely cleaned inside and out, including drip pans under burners; all kitchen cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and outside; bathroom toilet, tub, sink and floor thoroughly cleaned; and all nail holes are to be filled with DAP spackle compound and sanded back to a smooth finish.

Check-out Inspection. YNHA shall inspect the unit at the time the Tenant vacates (see Article XIII).
