CLAUSE TWO. Remuneration 2. المادة الثانية - الأجر The Employee shall be paid a basic salary of AED <<Service_Request_Basic_Monthly_Salary_Dhs__00>> per month ("Basic Salary") which shall be payable <<Service_Request_Salary_Payment>> in equal instalments in arrears on or about the <<Service_Request_Day_of_salary_transfers>> of each month by <<Service_Request_Payment_method>>. 2-1 يتقاضى الموظف راتباً أساسياً مقداره <<Service_Request_Basic_Monthly_Salary_Dhs__00>> درهم كل شهر والذي يكون مستحق الدفع شهرياً على دفعات متساوية تصرف في <<Service_Request_Day_of_salary_transfers>> من كل شهر أو بتاريخ يقاربه عن طريق <<Service_Request_Payment_method>>. The Employer shall provide the Employee with the following additional allowances payable in equal instalments in arrears on a monthly basis together with the Basic Salary. CLAUSE TWO. QUALITY: The typical quality of the oil to be purchased shall have the following specifications: Minimum API gravity 18° API, 0.5% of BS&W and less than 1% sulfur content, with the specifications indicated in Attachment A to this Contract, which forms a part of it.
CLAUSE TWO. Subject Clause three: Obligations
CLAUSE TWO. The Second Party declares to be aware of the FCT Research Scholarship Regulation, as it is subsidiarily applicable.
CLAUSE TWO. Objective
CLAUSE TWO. The STATE and COPEL consolidate the reimbursement amount in one billion, three hundred, ninety-one million, two hundred, eighty-five thousand, one hundred, fifty-four Reais and twenty-four cents (R$ 1,391,285,154.24), referring to 03.31.2016.
CLAUSE TWO. The total price for the sale of the Shares is 1.800.000 (one million and eight thousand Euros) (“Price”) which shall be allocated as follows:
CLAUSE TWO. The selection of the exchange students is the responsibility of the home institution, according to its criteria. The names of the selected students must be informed to its counterpart at least 02 (two) months prior to the start of the academic activities.
