COMPANY CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE. The Company may establish and maintain where appropriate, a Consultative Committee as a forum for effective communication between the parties. The Consultative Committee will be made up of an equal number of management representatives and Employee representatives elected by the Employees. The parties agree that there will be a maximum of three representatives from management and three from the site workforce. The principle purpose of this Committee will be to: a) Monitor the implementation of the terms of this Agreement b) Facilitate the process of workplace reform through consultation c) Ensure Employees are properly consulted in respect of issues impacting on their wages, working conditions and job security d) Monitor, discuss, develop and / or recommend measures or actions in respect of but not limited to: ▪ Productivity ▪ Job security ▪ Skills audit and trainingManagement of quality assuranceOccupational health and safety ▪ Existing and future workRemoval of restrictive work practicesProductive use of inclement weather downtime ▪ Rehabilitation of injured EmployeesEnvironmental protection ▪ Redundancies Where a Company Consultative Committee is not established consultation will take place direct with the workforce.

COMPANY CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE. 7.1 The Company will establish and maintain a Consultative Committee as a forum for effective communication between the parties, 7.2 A Consultative Committee will be made up of an equal number of management representatives and employee representatives elected by the Employees. The parties agree that there will be a maximum of three representatives from management, one representative of each union party to the Agreement, one representative of those Employees who are not union members and one representing those Employees on regular night shift. 7.3 The principle purposes of the Committee will be to- 7.3.1 monitor the implementation of the terms of this Agreement; 7.3.2 facilitate the process of workplace reform through consultation; 7.3.3 ensure Employees are properly consulted in respect of issues impacting on their wages, working conditions and job security; 7.3.4 monitor, discuss, develop and / or recommend measures or actions in respect of but not limited to: • productivity; • job security; • skills audit and training; • management of quality assurance; • Occupational Health and Safety; • removal of restrictive work practices; and • rehabilitation of injured Employees; 7.4 Employees will be encouraged to have input through the Consultative Committee into methods of decreasing idle time, absenteeism and removing restrictive work practices.

The parties agree that there will be a maximum of four representatives from management and four from the Employees. The committee shall meet a minimum of four times per year. 44.3 The principal purpose of this committee will be to: 44.3.1 Monitor the implementation of the terms of this Agreement; 44.3.2 Facilitate the process of workplace reform through consultation; 44.3.3 Ensure Employees are properly consulted in respect of issues impacting on their wages, working conditions and job security; and 44.3.4 Monitor, discuss, develop and or recommend measures or actions in respect of, but not limited to; productivity, job security, skills audit and training, management of quality assurance, occupational health and safety, existing and future work, removal of restrictive work practices, environmental protection and redundancies.

The Company and the Consultative Committee will program these meetings at the most convenient time to allow for the programming of work and to also allow for the client’s consideration. There will also be a provision for quarterly communication meetings of one and a half hours duration. Where a Company Consultative Committee is not established, consultation will take place direct with the workforce, Company Union delegate and signatory Union.
