COMPENSATED LEAVE TIME. Section 2:01 Absences Due to Accident or Injury on Duty (a) Employees shall receive, in accordance with law, those benefits to which they are entitled in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute 17:1206.1, as amended from time to time while employed by the Board.
