Compliance Coordinator. The Schools shall designate at least one employee to coordinate its efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title II of ADA, including any investigation of any complaint communicated to it alleging its noncompliance or alleging any actions that would be prohibited under XXX. The Schools shall make available to all interested individuals the name, office address, and telephone number of the employee(s) so designated and shall adopt and publish procedures for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action that would be prohibited under the ADA. The school system receives federal financial assistance and must comply with the above requirements. Additionally, the School Committees are of the general view that:
Compliance Coordinator. 1. The District will designate an employee to be principally responsible for coordinating compliance with this Agreement by the District and its schools (“Compliance Coordinator”). The Compliance Coordinator will have sufficient resources and authority over the District’s principals, schools, and relevant Departments to effectively carry out these responsibilities.
2. The District will provide the name and contact information for its designated Compliance Coordinator to counsel for the United States within seven Days of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
3. The District will notify counsel for the United States within 14 Days of any change to its designated Compliance Coordinator.
Compliance Coordinator. The Parties agree that the State shall hire and retain, or reassign a current State employee, for the duration of this Agreement, a Compliance Coordinator. The Compliance Coordinator shall serve as a liaison between the State, the Monitor and DOJ, and shall assist with the State's compliance with this Agreement. At a minimum, the Compliance Coordinator shall: (a) coordinate the State’s compliance and implementation of activities required by this Agreement; (b) facilitate the provision of data, documents and other access to State employees and material to the Monitor and DOJ as needed; (c) ensure that all documents and records are maintained as provided in this Agreement; (d) assist in assigning compliance tasks to State personnel, as directed by the Commissioner of the Delaware Department of Corrections or his designee; take primary responsibility for collecting information to provide the State's status reports specified in paragraph 61.
Compliance Coordinator. Within 45 days of the Effective Date, MPD will identify a compliance coordinator who is a member of MPD to serve as the single point of contact with DOJ and the Independent Reviewer. The compliance coordinator will: coordinate compliance and implementation activities; facilitate access to MPD personnel and provide data, documents, and materials to DOJ as needed; ensure that all data, documents and records are maintained as provided in this Agreement; and assist in assigning implementation and compliance-related tasks to MPD personnel, as directed by the Chief of Police or his designee.

Compliance Coordinator. The District’s coordinator will maintain a current list of hard-copy and online publications that contain the revised notice required under ¶ 1 and the anti- discrimination, anti-harassment, and anti-retaliation policies and grievance procedures.
Compliance Coordinator. The District will select an individual with expertise in the area of prevention of harassment based on race and sex to serve as the District’s Compliance Coordinator for Title VI and Title IX issues. The Compliance Coordinator will review: the effectiveness of the District’s current policies, procedures, and practices regarding discrimination/harassment based on race and sex; the letter OCR issues regarding the resolution of this compliance review; written guidance published by OCR regarding harassment on the bases of race and sex; the Safe Place to Learn resource materials available online at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx/safe-place-to-learn-k123; and other resources the Compliance Coordinator deems useful, such as current research and best practices used in other school districts. Utilizing this information, the Compliance Coordinator will collaborate with the District to do the following:
Compliance Coordinator i. Within 30 days of the Effective Date, SCPD will identify a compliance coordinator who is a member of SCPD to serve as the single point of contact with the United States. The Compliance Coordinator will coordinate compliance and implementation activities; facilitate access to County personnel and provide data, documents, and materials to the United States, as needed; ensure that all data, documents and records are maintained as provided in this Agreement; and assist in assigning implementation and compliance-related tasks to SCPD personnel, as directed by the Police Commissioner or his/her designee.
Compliance Coordinator. The Parties agree that Piedmont will assign a current employee to serve as the Piedmont Compliance Coordinator for the duration of this Agreement. The Compliance Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the Defendant and the Monitor and will assist with the Defendant’s compliance with this Agreement. At a minimum, the Compliance Coordinator will: coordinate the Defendant’s compliance and implementation activities; facilitate the provision of data, documents, materials, and access to the Defendant’s personnel to the Monitor, the United States, and the public, as needed; ensure that all documents and records are maintained as provided in this Agreement; and assist in assigning compliance tasks to Piedmont personnel, as directed by the Superintendent or his designee. The Compliance Coordinator will take primary responsibility for collecting information the Monitor requires to carry out the duties assigned to the Monitor.
Compliance Coordinator. 139. Within 30 days of the effective date, the State will designate a Compliance Coordinator. This person will have the requisite skills, knowledge, abilities, and time to perform the job functions that are substantially related to coordinating the successful implementation of this Agreement. The Compliance Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for the DQE and the United States. 140. The Compliance Coordinator will:
a. Coordinate compliance and implementation activities;
b. Facilitate the provision of data, documents, materials, and access to Xxxxxx personnel for the DQE and the United States, as needed;
c. Ensure that all documents and records are maintained as provided in this Agreement;
