Table including findings and action items based off of system assessment and recommended repairs • Detailed description of work performedDetails of any deviations and/or data gaps identified during preparation of this condition assessment and their significance on the overall findings of the assessment Final Condition Assessment Report: • Following COUNTY approval and prior to COUNTY’S acceptance of work under this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall submit one electronic copy of the final approved report in PDF format to COUNTY. Attach all photos taken to the report. Deliverable Due Date Final Condition Assessment Report Within six (6) months of execution of the Agreement.
